お値段が高く、クチコミ評価も良かったので期待して行ったのですが、サービスも普通ですし、アジア人に対して少し見下してるように感じました。 アメニティがシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、バスソルト以外はほぼ何もないので(あってもクオリティが低いので)、特に女性は日本から色々持参した方が良いかと思います。 歯ブラシやコームもありませんでした。 お部屋は広くて、お水をたくさん補充してくれたり、きちんとターンダウンも入ってくださるので満足でした。 ミラールームの男性スタッフ陣の対応は、かなり酷かったです。 次回のロンドン旅行では別のホテルに滞在しようと思いました。 Horbon駅周辺もあまり何もないので、ショッピングをしたいのであれば、oxford circusやmayfair地区のホテルをオススメします。

Rosewood delivers where it matters most: service. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and responsiveness were exceptional from beginning to end. I was granted an incredibly early check-in and was already in my room before 11 AM, despite standard check-in being at 3 PM. After a long journey, that alone set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, although the bathroom felt surprisingly compact for a hotel in this category. Small details like having the hairdryer stored in a bedside drawer due to the lack of a bathroom outlet felt slightly impractical. The hotel bar deserves special recognition. Excellent cocktails, atmosphere, and service. Easily one of the highlights of the property. Breakfast, while good, lacked variety and started to feel repetitive after a couple of days. Still, the attentiveness of the breakfast staff remained flawless. What truly stands out is how quickly the team handles every request. Whether it was pressing clothes or shoe shining, everything was handled almost instantly and with genuine care. In the end, that level of service defines the experience far more than the minor shortcomings.

Quite possibly the best stay I’ve had in London. The attention to detail and the communication before and during the stay were the best I’ve ever experienced. We were celebrating a special milestone and they went above and beyond to make my partner feel celebrated. Thank you!!

The Rooms & Service Service here is impeccable—proactive and warm across every department. The rooms are generously spacious and designed for genuine comfort, offering a retreat with a level of character that modern luxury hotels often lack. Dining Flexibility I appreciated having two distinct breakfast options. The standard included choice (buffet plus a la carte) is good but not great. However, breakfast in the Mirror Room is outstanding. While it comes at a higher price, the quality and service are world-class and well worth the upgrade for a special morning. Scarfes Bar Scarfes Bar is a destination in its own right. Ranked 34th in the world, it lives up to its reputation with creative cocktails and phenomenal live music every night. It adds a vibrant energy to the property that makes the stay truly memorable. Verdict The Rosewood delivers exactly what a 5-star hotel should: effortless charm, spacious comfort, and unique amenities. Whether for the music at Scarfes or the quiet luxury of the rooms, it is easily one of the finest stays in London.

Lovely hidden gem of a hotel in a fantastic London location. We had drinks at Scarfe’s Bar and breakfast at z the Mirror Room and highly recommend both.
