Great option to stay for a night in a budget, no elevators to the second floor. The front desk attendant works at the laundry at night, so check in time was slow.

Muy bueno el personal y el check in y check out es muy fácil y la locación es buenísima pero lamentablemente la habitación conseguimos 2 cucarachas grandes una en el baño y otra en el piso a un lado de la cama y eso es incómodo del resto estuvo todo normal

Definitely not non-smoking. While the room was well cleaned, it was very musty and smelled of cigarettes. Some occupants were smoking various substances on the property. They only put one tiny pillow on the bed! I had to use the blanket to make another pillow. Very overpriced for the value.

The room was horrific. Holes in the walls, water all under the window A/C, towel holder broken. The staff on the other hand were top shelf. Super service oriented. As I approached my room you can see that various units are being rented to permanent residents and its not appealing. Not worth the discounted rate. It didn’t feel safe. Only stayed because I was alone and very tired.

They did not accommodate the reservation or even attempt to help when it was an issue with the system. The lady at the front just said to contact where i booked and good luck.

The staff were helpful but overall the room had a funny smell. The room was also near the street and you could all the cars go by.
