property was going through renovations, so lots of contractors in and out. Also, there was heavy rain and the parking lot surrounding property was flooded and made it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. There was no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Front desk Suzette was not very friendly and not accomodating with the guests needs like extra pillows for 5 guests.

This is the best hotel experience I have had in my life. I can't express this enough. 10/10 experience and I will be back for sure!

Amazing stay

Good

Ignoring the fact that property prices in Banff are simply astronomical, the hotel was good. Honestly, I've never paid so much for such a small room. But that's probably not the hotel's fault, but rather the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay. The location is also good. The typical tour pickup points are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away.

Pleasant stay. The room was very clean but the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall, startling us in the middle of the night. There were few amenities. Pool was very small, underground parking very tight with a larger rental. Fortunately, they allowed us to park our vehicles out front when we could not fit in the underground spaces left at the end of the day. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was on the quieter end of town but still walking distance. Could not accommodate an extra night without an upgrade at double the cost!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early. And they stored my luggage until I left late in the day.

Everything was great, the only small issue I had was the shower head is way too low for people over 5’8” but not much can be done about that as the ceiling is also low in the bathroom. Overall tho, very nice place and just far enough away from all the busyness to be quiet but still close enough to walk anywhere. Give it a solid 9 out of 10.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel front desk staff were very helpful and kind throughout our visit. The pool was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection, including fresh fruit. The location was also excellent and made it very convenient for exploring the area. We would happily stay here again.

Nice clean hotel near the busy town. Walking distance to the center of town. Free underground parking and free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
