朝食メニューは、フルブレックファーストで完璧とは評価できないが、まあまかな。 朝食会場スタッフもフロントのスタッフも感じがよかった。 歴史を感じさせる部屋であるが清潔で、城壁も見え、ホテルの庭もきれいで手入れが行き届いていた。 何よりも私たちはバスタブがあって嬉しかった。　

スタッフが親切でした。規定の時間より、早くチェックインさせてもらえて助かりました。観光するにはロケーションは最高でした。城壁内はタクシーは入れないため、タクシーは城壁近くのホテルの駐車場で降ります。そこまでホテルの人が車でお迎えに来てくれるいう仕組みになっています。ホテルにタクシーが直接横付けできないこと、そのお迎え時間の確認などワンアクション必要です。

カルカソンヌの城壁の中で中世の建物に泊まるのは貴重な経験。朝食のパンが美味しい。

カルカッソンヌをゆっくり楽しめるので城壁内に滞在してよかったです。

城郭の中にある素敵なホテルで、中世にタイムスリップしたかのような感覚でした。 朝と夜が特に素晴らしい。

雰囲気の良いホテルで快適だった。ただ城塞内のホテルであるためタクシーの乗り入れが出来ない。これは城砦内ホテルであるから仕方ないのかもしれないが、スーツケースの移動だけは何かサービスを考えられないのかと思う。

Really nice and cozy hotel with one thing: there was a problem with the way the windows were fitted, so even when they were closed and locked there was still a slight draft and it was a little cold at night.

古い建物で趣がありました。スタッフの対応もよかったのですが、部屋付きのコーヒーメーカが不良で、部屋のヒューズが飛び、停電状態。外部のメカの人が車で続きました。メカが来ても再現テストやらで、最初に部屋に置いてあった珈琲カプセルは3つともすぐに消費、追加をフロントにお願いしましたが、語学力の問題（英語仏語全く不可）もあり、もらえないままでした。とはいえ、雰囲気も良く、翌朝の駅までの送迎も有り難く、また行く機会があれば宿泊を考えたいところでした。

概ね満足ですが、朝食がちょっと残念でした。

バイキング形式の朝食だったが、品切れしているものや、温かい料理が冷めていたことが残念だった

城壁内で良い立地です。駐車場は城壁外ですが、荷物は運んでもらえるので、不便はありませんでした。スタッフは皆親切で、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Hôtel très bien situé dans la cité de Carcassonne. Service voiturier très apprécié quand on arrive en voiture. Nous avons séjourné en famille à trois. La chambre comportait deux espaces de nuit distincts. Elle était propre mais mériterait d’être modernisée (moquette au sol et salle de bain un peu vétuste). De l’eau filtrée ou en bouteille aurait été plus appréciée que de l’eau du robinet dans une carafe.Le petit déjeuner est bon avec des produits variés. Le personnel est sympathique dans l’ensemble.

Great place to stay in the centre of Carcassonne. Transfer back from and to car park was smooth and actually quite fun. The garden courtyard is a great place to cool off, have a drink or have breakfast. It was essential for us as we had our dog with us. Rooms are good but ours was very small. Great partner restaurant next door. Room quite soundproof from the partying going on nearby. Air con was a blessing. It's a quick stroll to everything Carcassonne has to offer.

Excellent location, attentive stuff, delicious breakfast

The staff were helpful and able to help us in our native language get checked in and situated, especially using the parking facility outside the gates. The hotel has both historic and modern touches and is very comfortable and centrally located in the citadel.

The place is very charming and romantic, food around is great and diverse !

This hotel is in an excellent area for visiting Carcassonne. Breakfast is plentiful and sets you up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioned room is essential for the hot temperatures. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was very well located and staff was helpful and kind! Check-in and check out were both very easy. Our room was rather dated and could use a deep clean, but it was generally clean overall and the view of the castle was amazing. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well!

Lovely hotel, in a perfect location in the medieval city. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more like a brunch, with quite a few options. Be aware that you can take a cab to the welcome location and then hotel staff will drive you and your luggage to the actual hotel. I only wish my room had a better view, but I ended up spending most of my time walking around and not in the room. Will gladly stay there again. Merci beaucoup to all the staff!
