朝食がとても美味しかったです。中央駅に近く、どこに行くのもアクセスがとても良いです。変換プラグを忘れてしまい、どこかで購入しなければと思っていたところ、変圧器付きのAタイプコンセントがあり、大変助かりました。

朝食は十分良い。 インターネットは十分速い。 トラムさえ乗れれば便利。

事前にtaxをカードで払ったのですが、その支払いができているかはっきりわからなくてチェックインできるか不安でした。また、ルームキーを自分でセットするのも分かりにくかったです。

一般的なビジネスホテルだと思います。家族で泊まるには狭かったですが、チューリッヒ中央部へのアクセスや金額を考えたら非常に満足です。 朝食付きの点もよかったです。

チェックイン最悪でした！ 丘の上で分かりにくい場所にあり迷いながらやっと辿り着いたら、受付カウンターには、誰もおらずすぐ横のドアに人の気配がしエクスキューズミー と言っても無視、もう一度言うとドアをバタンと閉められた！ 最悪 愛想悪って思いながらスタッフらしき人が通りかかきチェック イン プリーズというと 先程閉められたドアをノックした 愛想悪そうな金髪女性が出てきてカウンターにおいてある案内をバシッと音を立てて叩きつけ こちらがドイツ語読めないのが分かると電話で511をかけた 奥のレストランからインスラム教徒のスタッフが出てきてやっとチェックインできた！ その他は、部屋も小綺麗だし朝ごはんも美味しかった！

The facility was ok other than the rooms not having decent air conditions. The double room and single room both had portable air conditions but both made loud noises. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The biggest issue was the room booking mess. Expedia's reservation confirmation had a room for an adult and three children. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that only one person can stay at the hotel.

清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせました。 ただ気温が30°超えており、クーラーがなくて寝苦しかったのが唯一かと。

Stayed at a clean, compact room on the fifth top floor. Staffers were all friendly. It's situated a few tram stops away from HB (central station) uphill, so it'd be better using tram when carrying your suitcase with you. You can use an iron if you ask at the reception.

チューリヒ中央駅からトラムで５分、徒歩で１５分程度の距離にある当ホテルは、チューリヒという街に慣れた旅行者、とりわけ出張者にとっては便利なホテルです。どちらかと言えばコンパクトなビジネスホテルです。ゆったり過ごしたい家族やカップル向けのホテルではありませんが、清潔で食事も美味しく、コストパフォーマンスを考えるとお勧めのホテルと言えます。

丘の上にあるので、かなりの健脚でないと歩いては行けないホテルです。しかし、 トラム7で駅から簡単に到着できます。他の部屋の足音が結構聞こえて来るので、 神経質な人はだめかもしれません。シャワー室の排水が異常に悪いです。 でも、部屋はきれいで、朝食もとてもおいしかったです。ホテルのスタッフも 親切でした。

清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 とても暑い日だったので冷蔵庫が備え付けられていたことが大変嬉しかったです。 トラムの駅が目の前なのでアクセスがよく女性ひとりでも安心できました。

Lovely hotel, big comfortable room with two proper chairs (yay!) and surprisingly quiet. Easy to get to the Hauptbahnhof or Central in about 5 mins on the frequent tram service. We didn't know that the breakfast was veggie (although they did offer you the chance to ask for cold sliced meats if you wanted). Didn't bother us, but it would be good to know in advance. Our only complaint (and it's BIGGIE!) is the self check-in system and their poor communication about it. We received an email about it 2 days in advance, but we were already travelling and it was difficult to do anything online. I didn't have the apparently necessary Reservation number so couldn't do the online check-in in advance. I tried ringing the hotel and was told it "would be in an email". It wasn't. In the end we cut short our visit to Basel in order to get to Zurich and check in before 5pm when we thought we would be locked out because the Reception staff go off-duty. This turned out to be entirely unnecessary, as they could have given us a code to open the front door. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, but I think they don't realise that what seems to them a small, simple thing, can create panic for travellers when it's not explained clearly. During our week there, we encountered lots of other people with similar problems with check-in. Shame, because everything else was great!

It is about a 15-minute walk from Zurich HB Station; however, since the route is mostly uphill, taking the tram (Line 7) is recommended. If you have a Swiss Pass, you can board directly. A complimentary breakfast is included.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung und gut gelegen, das Frühstück ist ok. Im Zimmer war es wegen den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sehr heiss, das vorhandene mobile Klimagerät brachte nicht die gewünschte (rasche) Abkühlung und war laut, unmöglich bei eingeschaltetem Gerät zu schlafen.

We stayed there for one night and it was not good for the price we paid.

Rooms ok. 20 min walk in to the old town. Uphill if coming from the train station. Reception only manned until 5pm ridiculous. Only online registration if arriving after 5pm. No idea how that works. Receptionist mentioned an app but no info about that when booking with external company. I would think that is important info to share before booking. Didn’t have breakfast as left too early. Would recommend you stay nearer The Old Town.
