When I entered the hotel, nobody helped my suitcases. I was so surprised. I had to bring my suitcases to up to my room by myself. With stars-hotels, I’ve never had kind of things.

Close to waterfront and Royal Palace and extremely comfortable. Staff very attentive and check in and out was seamless

We left the room all day and our room was never cleaned and then offered to clean that evening.

Lovely hotel. Room was small, but shower was so small. Wouldn’t recommend room on floors that end in 01. Couldn’t bend down without opening shower door. Water ran out of bathroom into bedroom area..

We had an amazing stay at the Reisen. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so comfortable and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the bar was great fun. The location is excellent for walking or getting a bus or ferry. The sauna and plunge pool was a nice bonus.

I wasn't sure what to expect - but this is a five star hotel. All rooms were immaculate, comfortable beds and amazing location right in Old Town Stockholm!

Perfect location to walk and right near the water and the old section of town.

For the price the room size was poor. The bathroom was beyond tiny and the room itself had very little room between the foot board and the wall. Though out of their control, the hotel acting as a starting off for the cruise ships made dining difficult.

All I can say is beautiful city and people. Love this hotel and will be back!!
