Very clean with comfy beds. I loved the large Jacuzzi tub, however the jets were very weak. If you plan to eat breakfast, get there early because the dining room is very small.

Great stay

Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast on the weekday was prepared better than the weekend, so that’s a staffing issue. Only slight issue we had was a couple of the outlets in the room didn’t seem to want to work very well but we managed ok. Location of the hotel was pretty ideal for us because we were going to Gatlinburg as well.

Older building but very clean and convenient to everything in pigeon forge! Great for a weekend family getaway!

Staff was very friendly and it was very clean. For breakfast can you alternate between sausage and bacon ? You may need a bigger breakfast area but everything was a 10 plus

Stayed two nights. Halfway was narrow. Table arrangement in Breakfast room made it hard to maneuver. Found breakfast lacking (biscuits hard, gravy thick). Would stay again for the price.

Friendly staff, great location, but the wall was too thin and the rowdy people next room woke us up at 3am. Also, wasn't able to connect to internet on our last day (3day stay), called Comfort Inn 800 number, but not helpful.

Continue to stay here without any issues.

It was nice, clean, very nice people that work there, nice poop and spa. Loved it will be visiting again.

The room was very spacious. Love the balcony. And the huge tub, a jacuzzi tub, was not expected but it was great.

Comfortable, polite front desk assistants, pool excellent, only downfall elevator, may need another.

The breakfast was good but it was the same thing for 4 days which was eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage Patty, wish they would change up the patty to sausage links and add some fried potatoes. Other than that it was pretty decent.
