朝食付きを選びました。フルーツが多くヘルシーな印象でした。またコーヒーや飲み物はスタッフにサーブいただきました。料金の割にはとても質の高いサービスと思います。 チェックイン時に駐車場の利用を伝えすぐに停められました。駐車場は一泊20ドルでそれほど高くありません。 全体的に高級ではないものの、適切なサービスを、適切な価格で得られたので、とても満足でした。また、立地もとてもよくお買い物に便利でした。観光客も少なく、ドジャーススタジアムまで車で20分ととても近いのも良いですね。

We had an outstanding stay at this place! All the staffs were friendly and helpful and the rooms were shining clean with the brand new renovation just recently done! We would love to always come back to this hotel whenever we stay in Pasadena.

Room had hair in the sink, sink was cracked, toilet paper holder dangling. Only perk: Pool was big and warm and the hours were 8am to 10 pm. the staff that checked me in did not welcome me, he was short just handed me my hotel keys, did not sell me the hotel at all. I had to ask him how to get to my room and where to park. Hotel is very convenient close to lots of shopping and wonderful eats.

Breakfast expensive, but the room was accommodating, easy freeway acess. Pool and hot tub nice! Wecoming to the AC/DC fans!!

Great stay

It’s ok. Parking is expensive.

The hotel was disappointing — we’re used to Marriott maintaining a high standard. The room was very basic and lacked decorative elements. Aside from soap, there were no personal hygiene products provided — I mean things like cotton pads, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. (In the shower, there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). We stayed for two nights, and during that time, our room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. The pillows were poor quality — the filling had turned into a bunch of lumps. You could hear everything happening outside from inside the room.

Average stay, pictures are better than reality. The pool wasn’t clean and is much smaller than expected. The bar didn’t seem open when we checked in, nobody was there. Paying $35 for parking is extreme when you are paying to stay there. I’d say it’s a bit overpriced…

Excellent hotel in downtown Pasadena, very walkable to all of the shopping and dining. The bed was comfortable and the room was great.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much. I found interesting about my stay.

This property needs a major update will not be staying here again.

Very good staff ( friendly and efficient), decor everywhere, facilities (gym, pool, hot tub). As noted when we visited previously lack of cupboard/drawer/hanging space in room/bathroom is an issue. So is price of breakfast for light eaters.

While the location is great, for the money you can stay at the 5 star Langham Hotel for a little more. Rooms need updating. Bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Air condition was noisy. Only had room service once in our 10 day stay. Had to out trash in the hallway for pick up and beg housekeeping in the hallways for fresh towels and toilet paper. Really needs better management.

I prepaid for this room and once I arrived at 10pm, my room was "Given away to residents close with the fires." This was very upsetting to me because I had traveled all the way from Ohio and was EXHAUSTED! The nearest hotel was 15 minutes away and they made me pay for another UBER, no cash or reimbursement offered on my room. Just transferred fee. Brian Dominguez, the manager was NO HELP. I just wanted a room, one that I had paid for BEFOREHAND!!! Will never book here again.
