I stayed to attend a conference at the convention center. I arrived early due to a flight, but Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a pretty smile and arranged for an early check-in. The breakfast every morning was perfect in taste and quality, and the kickback in the evening was nothing short of a surprise. It's amazing, every night can drink Abita Amber! We had a very comfortable stay, with a problem with the air conditioner that happened to be fixed immediately, and the room being cleaned perfect every day. There is no reason not to stay there next time.

Me an my husband dis a weekend trip for my Bday. Loved the inside of the New Orleans Drury. I liked the bar and Kitchen they had. I am upset with the recent visits we have had at other Drury. Hoping the kick back would be different here. But to my disappointment it’s the same food that every Drury has on a Saturday night. I am not a big meat eater. So it doesn’t leave me a lot if options at times. Also, I requested a room on the higher level due to sound. Not realizing until after we received our room keys that we were placed on the 2nd floor, we thought it couldn’t be too bad. I mean we are not on a Main Street, like French or Boubon. I was so wrong, it was so loud. I heard every noise that night. Music, ambulances, people talking down below . Lesson learn ask for the higher floor next time. But overall, the hotel is very nice an clean. A the staff was extremely friendly.

Everything was great only is that parking cost is 35.00 a day that is crazy.

We chose this hotel because of the location to our conference and the convenience to all the shopping. We literally parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. The room was clean, bed super comfy, and plenty of outlets for the electronics. My favorite part was honestly the staff. Everytime i walked in, I was greated professionally and as i left i was encouraged to have the best day i could. Every staff member cared about the patrons and you could feel the difference between their hospitality and other places i have stayed. I was not happy about the semi cold morning showers however it was during the 6 oclock hour which seemed to be everyones wake up time. But later the showers were a great temperature. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast options and evening cocktails and dinner complimentary to their guests. This was huge! It was so nice to sit and have a cocktail and little snack after walking all day. Twice we made it our dinner and was very satisfied. The pool and hot tub were a nice spot to relax in the evening after grabbing drinks. I will definitely be back here. It was warm, inviting and felt like home away from home.

The property was under renovation. A little dark and dated, otherwise quiet location, ease of access to Bourbon, Casino,

I was grateful for the signs leading to the entrance. It can be a bit confusing without them. The front desk clerk and the gentleman at the valet station were awesome and very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding for the 5 of us. Breakfast was great and the staff was super helpful, too. I enjoyed everything about our 1 night stay.

Great stay! Internet access, continental breakfast, light dinner option, and bar with meals till midnight. Close to French quarter and the port. Great location and quiet to help with sleep. But close to all the action and food you could want. Pool did not disappoint either.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to NO. Probably 5-6 times a year. Staff is amazing. Location is great. Fitness room and pool are good.
