シャトルバスについて、サイトでは問い合わせるように言われた為、問い合わせたにも関わらず返信がなかった。 また、帰りのシャトルバスについて、 フロントに確認したところロビーで待つだけと言われたので待っていたが、ドアで早口になんかいい、すぐに行ってしまった。 タクシーで自腹で帰ることになってしまった。もうすこし対応方法を考えるべきだとおもう。

Quiet, comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Good location for entertainment and restaurants. Close to downtown Chicago.

Rooms were big, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Great view from the upper floors. Coffee maker in the room. I wish they'd had tea, I brought own bags in any case. Bartender Michael was friendly when I was waiting for friends.

overall not a bad hotel

I didn't appreciate the front desk forgetting to give me my breakfast tickets and almost being charged $25 for a breakfast that was the same quality as the free breakfasts you'd expect from much cheaper hotels. I also don't appreciate being rushed out of breakfast while there was still food on my plate and we were clearly still eating. The shuttle service was convenient, however!

The sleeping experience was amazing. It is close to an entertainment area so you can find food and shopping and bowling and movies within walking distance.

Bathroom seemed like a after thought or just cheaply done as tile was broken/missing and not very well cleaned

Check-In was quick and efficient, and the complimentary cookies were divine! The room was very clean, and the shower and bathtub were also very clean and sanitary. My only gripe was that upon arriving, we had difficulty parking. The signage in the lane leading to DoubleTree parking said closed, and the ticket we received had said the convention center not the hotel... so there was some confusion there, and the woman at the front desk didn't clear it up for us. After we figured out parking though, we arrived with ease, the AC was not on so the room was very room and humid, and we noticed that the holder for the shower head had broken off the wall prior to out visit and had not been fixed. Aside from those few minor issues, our stay was swell, and the Theater, where my sister and I attended a show, was a mere 5 minute walk, making the hotel well worth the stay!

Our favorite when we fly out of Chicago Ohare. We always stay the night prior to departure and stay once we arrive back. Clean and comfortable beds. Like the dining options.

We found It very convenient that the hotel was a skybridge walk to a convention center for an event we were attending, it was a great surprise. It was in walking distance and less than 30 minute driving distance for activities. We had no issues with the room or service.

The only problem was getting a parking. You got to pay for and it's expensive per day. That's the only problem. The rest is Awesome. I loved the hotel and the personnel.
