The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The stay at your hotel was very nice. I had my grandkids and we were welcomed with open arms. They enjoyed the pool especially. We were visiting family in the area and will plan to stay here next trip.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The pipes made a horrible sound! Not impressed for how much this room cost.

Very clean, staff very nice, convenient to highways and dining options. Great breakfast too!

Booked this hotel for a tournament my son had for football we choose this for the indoor pool our whole drive was talking about what they would do in the pool , only to get there and it was closed. Mind you I called earlier in the day spoke to a lady that we’d be arriving closer to 8 she said that was fine and our room would be ready no mention of the pool be closed not even a simple FYI. So we arrive to check in and right on the front desk a huge Typed up sign say sorry pool closed. That was very upsetting to my son. The lady offered to cancel our room for free if we wanted to look elsewhere, this weekend was full of travel football and baseball tournaments everywhere was sold out. Outside of that the breakfast was decent, rooms and beds comfy a bit dated but overall good

I thought the lobby, eating area and breakfast areas were very nice. I enjoyed that the window in the room had a complete blackout shade for privacy. The thermostat in the room was simple and easy to use. The area had abundant eating and shopping choices.

We chose this hotel for the pool and found out when we arived the pool is closed until summer for a remodeling it would have been nice to be advisedof this beforehand

I booked this hotel due to the pool for my children, but it was closed due to a heating pump issue. I didn't get a message from the hotel that this issue came up after I booked the hotel room. I would have stayed at the Hampton down the road if I knew about this because this hotel is showing its age and had a musty smell in our room.

The pool was down for long term maintenance and this is why we booked and were not made aware prior. We still paid full price and that amenity was not available.
