ゴールドのサービスは最高でした！ 部屋は大変清潔で、スタッフの皆さんの心遣いがとても良かったです！料理も美味しかったです！さすがフェアモントホテル！！

バスルームが狭い

It was a wonderful experience with my three years old daughter. Even she made a lot of noice I was really glad that I couldn’t hear from the next door!

立地もよくとても素敵なホテルでした。ただ高級ホテルとしてはスタッフのレベルが少し低かった気がします。

ホテルは素晴らしい前庭があり、歩くだけでも素晴らしい景観です。しかし案内された部屋は1Fで狭い駐車場に面していて，残念なことに眺めが非常に悪くがっかりしました。 更に、スリッパやミネラルウオーターもなく、残念でした。

The air conditioner was very noisy. I put a pillow onto it.

We stayed here for two nights in a room with two double beds. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s within walking distance of the marina, shopping, restaurants, and many tour departure points, making it a great base for exploring the area. That said, the hotel definitely shows its age. It’s well maintained, but it’s still an older property, and that was noticeable throughout our stay. We didn’t mind the classic décor, but the rooms felt dated. The room itself was quite small, and the bathroom was even smaller, making the space feel cramped. We chose this hotel because we wanted to experience this hotel brand during our trip to Canada. While our stay was comfortable enough, we don’t think we’d stay here again. We simply prefer newer hotels with modern design, more spacious rooms, and updated amenities.

Incredible hotel.. a great way to travel back into the past. 1908 I believe. Amazing history to this place. Expect smaller rooms however amenities are excellent. Enjoy amazing breakfast at the Bengal and don't miss out on a drink or dinner at the Q. Thanks Fairmont for an amazing family vacation that our adult kids will talk about for years!

Amazing property. Everyone was extremely helpful. The gardens were magical. Loved the whole vibe. Fell in love with Victoria because of this hotel. Can’t wait to come back. English tea was a highlight.

Perfect location in a beautiful historic hotel. A bit of a smell on the room, but it was clean. Helpful staff but needed to follow up multiple times when we needed some extra linens for our room. Otherwise a great stay.

My wife and I spent a night here to celebrate our anniversary, and the Fairmont Empress did not disappoint. The property perfectly blends historic, classic charm with modern luxury. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully appointed. A real highlight of the evening was visiting Q at the Empress; the cocktail menu, atmosphere, and service at Q Bar are exceptional and made our celebration feel even more exclusive. You truly can't beat the location right on the Inner Harbour. It was the perfect backdrop for a memorable anniversary getaway, and we will definitely be back.

I can't think of anything wrong with this hotel. Nice big room, comfortable bed. The staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredibly good. When I got to Vancouver I will stay here again.

The room was spotless, literally. The bathroom fixtures were shiny with NO water stains! The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy that I had to drag my wife out of bed - we were late checking out because she didn’t want to leave but the staff was very understanding. A friend suggested a hotel that was close but it was more expensive than the Empress, not as conveniently located a none of the old school charm. We went to the tea shoppe before our sitting for high tea and I loved that I was given a’cheat sheet’ to assist me and my wife in choosing our tea. I look forward to a return visit.
