ゴールドのサービスは最高でした！ 部屋は大変清潔で、スタッフの皆さんの心遣いがとても良かったです！料理も美味しかったです！さすがフェアモントホテル！！

バスルームが狭い

It was a wonderful experience with my three years old daughter. Even she made a lot of noice I was really glad that I couldn’t hear from the next door!

立地もよくとても素敵なホテルでした。ただ高級ホテルとしてはスタッフのレベルが少し低かった気がします。

ホテルは素晴らしい前庭があり、歩くだけでも素晴らしい景観です。しかし案内された部屋は1Fで狭い駐車場に面していて，残念なことに眺めが非常に悪くがっかりしました。 更に、スリッパやミネラルウオーターもなく、残念でした。

The air conditioner was very noisy. I put a pillow onto it.

Great spot, but staying at a hotel that is a tourist attraction itself means you’re sometimes competing with non-guests for service or seating in the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown

The property was nice, safe, and beautiful but our room’s heating/cooling system made a loud noise each time it turned off. It was loud enough to wake me up throughout the night. There was also paint bubbles around the system’s wood case which might be either a bad paint job or possibly the beginnings of mold??

Fantastic location, and excellent service. Like all Fairmont's, the Empress has the same service we’ve come to expect, but the added location makes it even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Victoria to stay here. I think it’s one of the most famous hotels in Victoria.

The Empress is just what one would expect from this very special chain of hotels - elegant, historic, classy, with excellent staff (particularly in the Gold level). Sometimes, hotels are simply locations which one uses as a base for activities; although the Empress was at the centre of activities, the lounges were so inviting and relaxing that we had to question whether we just wanted to sit and relax or go sightseeing; we ended up going out a little less and sitting back and doing nothing just a little more.

I liked everything.

This was a great place to stay. Friendly, efficient and helpful front desk staff. Room was immaculately clean with comfortable bed and nice linens.

The Fairmont provided a perfect ending to our 2 week vacation through the Canadian Rockies. Food, accommodations, treatment…top notch. Thank you.
