滞在時は寒波の影響で大雪だったので、駅直結の立地はとても便利でした。地下鉄で街中の散策も容易で空港へのアクセスも良いです。設備自体は古いのですが丁寧に管理されている印象でした。 湯船がもう少し大きいと良かったです（お湯を溜めて浸かれるほどの大きさではないです）。 大型のホテルのためチェックイン、アウト時にかなり混雑します。

ユニオン駅の目の前にありますので、とても便利です。

The place was good and clean

Lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and the room was clean, the food was good. Very convenient location being right across the street from union station too. Their pool and hot tub were also very clean, monitored and well-maintained. I do recommend.

Staff was amazing

Lovely hotel conveniently located across from the train station. It was my husband's birthday, and our room faced the CN Tower. Our room was in the east tower. The hall linking the elevator to the lobby was under construction, so it was a bit of a trek to get to the elevator to our room. A bit of an inconvenience. The staff was really. nice and helpful.
