滞在時は寒波の影響で大雪だったので、駅直結の立地はとても便利でした。地下鉄で街中の散策も容易で空港へのアクセスも良いです。設備自体は古いのですが丁寧に管理されている印象でした。 湯船がもう少し大きいと良かったです（お湯を溜めて浸かれるほどの大きさではないです）。 大型のホテルのためチェックイン、アウト時にかなり混雑します。

ユニオン駅の目の前にありますので、とても便利です。

The staff was so friendly and helpful, even anticipating needs like providing water while waiting to check in and offering to take a photo of us in front of their beautiful spring installation. The room was clean and modern and the pool was very well taken care and so relaxing. There was so much attention to detail and care!!

Outdated rooms, old furniture

perfect location in central busy area of Toronto, well decorated bar.

Everything was very nice but the renovations made it difficult to navigate in the hotel. We had a 25 minute wait for our car at valet after check out. For the $75/nite cost to park that was totally unreasonable. I scanned the QR code from my room and was told they were too busy to accept. That’s not acceptable as a guest!! Richard Agro

The staff around the entire property were so friendly and helpful! Ive stayed at Fairmonts many times and I always feel well looked after but this time the service was exceptional

The pool and fitness centre are great. Breakfast at Reign was good (tad expensive but expected) and the server was great. Concierge provided multiple great restaurant recommendations.

Amazing hotel lounge for drinks and snacks. Great atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable. Location is so great. Right in the middle of all the action and so close to everything

The Royal York is very centrally located in downtown Toronto. Quite historical and iconic. Lovely place to stay.

Excellent experience overall.
