歴史ある建物ですが中は改装されて快適でした。ナイアガラの滝から移動してきてトロント市内を動くのにも,ピアソン空港への鉄道利用にも便利でした。

ロケーションも便利でホテルも綺麗でおすすめです。 しかしながら、ロビーの音楽のヴォリュームが少し大き過ぎると思いました。 併せて、部屋の冷蔵庫の飲み物を一度外に出して、外から買ってきたドリンクを冷蔵庫に入れていたとことろ、 センサーが反応したのか、チェックアウトした際に、飲んでいないドリンクの請求がありました。 帰国して気づいたので、取り消して頂きたいのですが、 エクスペディアから、ホテルへの問い合わせが出来ないみたいなので、困っています。

The Hotel is a very traditional & stylish hotel which is very well located for bars , restaurants & shops . The staff are all very friendly & very helpful . The concierge staff were extremely helpful & Jason in the Library bar was particularly brilliant .

Amazing from the time we walked into the hotel until we checked out. Clean friendly amazing meals and drinks. A must visit in Toronto.

Very pricey for one night. Rooms contained double beds, not queen sized. Very surprised for a Fairmont property. Beds were uncomfortable.

Beautiful old hotel

We have always loved the Royal York, it is my favorite place to stay in Toronto, we only get 7-10 nights in the city per year, and that’s where we want to be.

Excellent for our one night in Toronto, fanciest hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Check in is very slow. Staff not managing line ups to check in, resulting in confusion and prolong waiting at front desk. They should rope off unwanted line up zones so next in line is fair. Having to go at the end of a long line up after waiting in the line up that gets you nowhere really ruins the experience. The staff is good and hotel is great.

Great location for airport and downtown!

many shops nearby, good internet. We needed maintenance person for issue. He showed up at our room and quickly dealt with the issue. He was also plesant and friendly.

Took the train from London to Toronto the hotel was right across from the station pool and spa was perfect to relax great food and restaurant and coffee on site and near by

It was perfectly positioned, and easy to get too. You do anything you want to do in Toronto from this hotel with ease. Housekeeping staff member Mary-Ana was amazing! 😊
