総合評価とレビュー Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark

さすが5スターのホテルだけあってサービスが行き届いてました。 コンシェルジュは私達の質問にいくつもの選択ができる様に回答をくれたり、仕事も早いので待たされる事なくとても快適でした。 プライベートビーチが隣のウェスタンホテルと繋がっていてどちらのレストランビーチも使えました。

プールやビーチから見た高層ビル群は新鮮だった。隣部屋周辺が大規模修繕中につき工事音が非常にうるさかった。

部屋からはパームジュメイラが一望出来、アトランティスも良く見えました。部屋も綺麗でレストランも沢山あり、ホテルの道を挟んだ向かいにはカルフールもあり(夏は歩けないかもしれません)、マリーナモールまではタクシーで5〜8分ぐらいで行けて便利です。隣のウェスティンも利用できます。アーリーチェックインが出来ず、15時半ぐらいまで待たされましたが、マネージャーの方からお詫びの電話と朝食を付けて頂けました。とても快適なホテルですが週末は隣のウェスティン共に朝から夜中まで音楽がガンガンに鳴りっぱなしです。静かに過ごしたい方には絶対にお勧め出来ません。週末には近くで花火も毎晩上がってました。

ブレックファースト、アフタヌーンティー、カクテルタイムなど充実していてとても良い。 タクシーを呼んでくれるポーターさんがとても感じが良い。

Zeer service gerichte personeel. Overdag goed vertoeven in de zwembaden en het waterpark. In de avond echter weinig te beleven, geen muziek en weinig ambiance. Restaurants duur en overrated. Kamers al oud en aan renovatie toe. Voor ons blijft het een eenmalige ervaring.

Hotel was fully booked and was told I had no room after checking in. I had to stay in the Westin for a night and find alternative arrangements for the remainder of my stay. Very poor experience

Unbearable experience. I am staying in a sea view room on the ninth floor for 6 nights. Every single night there is loud music till really late. Called the manager and he said tonight’s party is finishing at 2:00am and would call the venue to lower the volume. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens and with a private beach. Facilities are excellent and very well appointed but it also has a relaxed and welcoming feel. Our room was kept spotless with a huge and very comfortable bed. We love the range of different restaurant options as you can use those of the next door Westin and W as well; there is everything from Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean fish dishes, Steaks, or more 'relaxed' dining at the Horizon Pool bar. The main hotel restaurants also offer a great buffet selection every night. We visited during Ramadan so the buffet was Iftar and mostly focussed on middle eastern cuisine, but excellent and with something for everyone. The staff are really friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The Waterpark means the hotel is popular with families, and the music from the next door Barasti club means there is usually some noise around the hotel, though the rooms are very well insulated. The hotel is very conveniently situated for an easy stroll to the Marina or the tram, which is then a short hop to the mono-rail train over to the Palm. There is a Carrefour supermarket and a Pharmacy a couple of minutes walk away in case of need too. We've been coming to the Meridien Mina Seyahi for many years and always enjoy a lovely stay.

What makes this hotel stand out above? Others is simply the customer service we received from every single member of staff that works there. Whoever is training their staff need to be acknowledged as the service we received was superb and we have stayed in lots of other hotels in Dubai. Also, the beach is beautiful and the location of the beach is ideal as you don’t get all the noisy boat traffic passing that section of the beach. The gym is really well equipped and huge, hence if you enjoy a gym workout on holiday there are plenty of machines available it’s never too busy. You are able to use all of the restaurants in the Western hotel, hence you have a superb choice of evening restaurants A special mention to Jobin on the concierge team who helped my son with table bookings every single day. The room was a really good size and the daily cleaning team were superb.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura 5 giorni con i miei 2 bambini di 5 e di 7 anni. Tutto perfetto. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Personale in hotel e in spiaggia estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Tutto super fantastico!

Tres bon séjour dans cette hotel avec un personnel excellent, les chambres devraient être rénovées car elles sont assez anciennes et sans possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour certaines catégories ( Chambres deluxe ), la salle de bain pas du tout au niveau d’un hotel Le meridien d’aujourd’hui. Merci beaucoup pour tout l’aide et l’accueil de Berdi, Vivon, Jobin das, et la responsable de la reception dont j’ai oublié le prénom, mais qui a été très a l’écoute avec Berdi pour régler le soucis de la chambre.

j'ai séjourné avec mes 2 enfants de 7 et 4 ans ainsi que mon épouse dans cette hôtel durant 11 nuits vraiment magnifique, tout est fait et conçu pour que vous ne manquiez de rien nous avons pris le petit dej inclu , il est très complet la chose selon moi à amélioré est le mini club qui est selon moi une garderie , pas d'activité contrairement aux autres hôtels ou j'ai pu séjourner .il faudrait améliorer ce côté là . ce kids club est très spacieux très complet mais les animateurs font que surveiller . aussi il faudrait des francophones pour que les enfants soient à l'aise . hôtel très très bien situé , par contre si vous sortez aux heures de pointe en voiture BON COURAGE
