きれいで清潔感あり。プールも適度な広さで、スライダーも子供がお気に入り。朝食はなしとあったが、朝食のコールドは無料であった。部屋はやや狭い。電子レンジがないのが不便。

Clean and tidy.

Hotel is what it’s expected to be.

One of my favourite places to stay Staff is absolutely amazing and the place is top notch. You won’t be disappointed.

Great room and location, the restaurant staff was great as well. Purchased 1 can of ice tea at the front desk for $5, that was a tad over the top.

The full kitchen was a bonus although we had to request a toaster and a kettle. The con was the roomwas above the pool and not soundproof. We could hear the kids yelling and screaming even after hours. We had to call to complain about the noise past 10pm. There were many weird noises in that room including a very loud ac that was either on high or off plumbing gurgling and squeaking above

I can’t ask for more

The front desk staff were lovely. Room was clean and nice. Only challenge was there was no parking left on the property, and we drive an EV and would have loved to be able to charge, however, the EV charging station was blocked by gas vehicles parking there :(

Elevators were out in the morning and had to haul luggage down stairs from top floor - staff knew but posted no signs in lobby or on any floor to indicate. Clipped the sliding door with my suitcase as i was leaving and it popped open like it is designed to do, she chased me through the parking lot telling me i hit the door. Told her i was aware and she could push it back into place. But you hit the door she says - so i walked back across the parking lot and pushed it back onto the locking mechanism - good as new! Know what your talking about and do your job!!! Terrible representation of the brand.

Very friendly and welcoming staff

Wir haben das Hotel sehr kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Pool, Rutschbahn, Fitness hatten wir für uns alleine. Check in war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und das Highlight war das Abendessen im Restaurant Heaven direkt im Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert. Preis Leistung vom Hotel und Restaurant = sehr gut!

The stay was good. My only complaint is that the hot tub was absolutely disgusting and in desperate need of a clean. When we got out, there was gunk all over us. Took two showers to remove it.

Upon checked in, I was told that I did not have breakfast included. But I did pay for the breakfast service included. Another staff then corrected the issue by saying that yes, you do have breakfast. I was told to pick up my vouchers later. Hmm? I was told my room is at the corner but it's actually in the middle of the floor. Apparently, the staff at the front desk is not well trained.
