航空便の到着時間が遅いため、空港からのアクセスが良いこのホテルを選びました。客室はよくまとまり、清潔にしており、フロントの係員の対応も親切で、快適な滞在を楽しめました。ストームで搭乗予定だった航空便が欠航し、予約変更が必要になりましたが、ホテルズドットコムジャパンのオペレーターの方の懇切丁寧なご対応に助けられました。ありがとうございました。

Felt safe when knowing my daughter and new granddaughter were going to leaving alone

Convenience and clean rooms. Wish there was Netflix or Amazon on tv

We liked the proximity to the airport and the ability to leave car parked while we flew to Halifax. Front desk Customer Service was excellent.

They charge an extra $21.00 on top of the rate for parking. Not impressed with that.

Great for one night before flights

Perfect for an airport stay.

Disappointing experience I had to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances and contacted the booking platform ahead of time to request a cancellation. Despite taking the proper steps, I was still charged — and unexpectedly faced additional fees. I never stayed at the hotel but ended up being billed anyway. The entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and booking policy in the future.

Such a convenient spot to stay when flying early next morning. All good as for convenience, safe area, cleanliness, and staff.
