オパール採掘跡地を利用した半地下で面白いホテルですが、コスパは低いと感じます。

宿泊施設は比較的便利な所にあり，隣にOld museumがありクーバーペディの歴史を知る上でとても興味深い所でした。 宿泊施設は全室洞窟内にあり従来のホテルとは大違い。 シャトルの手配をしてくれましたが、モーテル故に特別な対応は無しでした。

really friendly nice hotel staff helped me a lot. beautiful walls ceilings are one and only natural art. lived it so much.

部屋の中でWifiが使えなかった事を除けば全て満足です。

快適な広さと清潔感があり、立地も間違いなし。満足感でいっぱいです。 欠点があるとしたら駐車場の狭さくらいです。あの狭さは大型車をレンタカーされる人には厳しいかもです。

フロントの対応も家庭的で落ち着いた。 部屋には簡単なキッチン設備（電子レンジ・食器等）もあり便利だった。 あくまでも特徴のあるホテルですのでそれを楽しみたい人向けだ。 館内を見て回っても面白いホテルだった。

Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was great - best coffee. Underground room clran and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed the star. Highly recommend.

This was a great stop to make on our way to Uluru.

A beautiful hotel with amazing underground rooms and spaces. Unfortunately it is soulless. The staff were ‘over it’. Staff moral is clearly low if you can find anyone. The atmosphere could do with some people, hospitality and even some music? Just a friendly face and some level of customer service? Having said this, do stay there. Breakfast at 360 up the road is great.

Staff member was friendly and the room wasn't bad. It seemed dated as well as there is minimal airflow and the room gets hot quickly. didn't have breakfast, as well as was nervous to touch anything because of the fear of a cleaning fee

The motel was underground since it had been part of an opal mine. It was a great experience to stay underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast seemed expensive for coffee, juice, toast and cereal at $20 a person.

Very clean room. Great staff excellent pet friendly accommodation. The only negative from us is our room was very hot even though the foyer was quite cool. Perhaps some ducted aircon would help.

Very interesting experience, you really are staying underground! Clean room, friendly staff, great location. The selection of DVD's available to guests was appreciated. We had a faulty fridge and DVD player and they were both promptly replaced with new items. Happy with this service. NOTE - if you are relying on your phone while here there is almost NO phone signal in the rooms. The wifi is great however you will struggle to make or receive any phone calls. If you want a cool car in the morning park on the side of the car park closer to the hotel not the road as it's in the shade in the morning. The fried chicken and hot chips from the IGA are absolutely amazing as well :)

A must experience!

Das Zimmer war okay und sauber. Das unterirdische Hotel ist cool. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer Mine. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns zum Airport gebracht. Taxi gibt es keine in Coober Pedy.
