建物は古いがアメニティが一通り揃っている。歯ブラシもあり

出張者用ホテル。エジンバラ観光には不向き。リヴィングストン地域の工場への出張者向け。部屋は広い。アメニティは海外のホテルでは普通。歯ブラシとスリッパと寝巻はないので、用意必須。 近くに巨大な24時間営業スーパーとショッピングモールがあるので便利。 朝食はバリエーションが少ないのでイマイチ。

シャワーを使用した時に蛇口の方からの水も止まらず出てしまうため（おそらく壊れてた）シャワーの勢いが弱く温度調整も難しかった。 徒歩圏内にショッピングモールや24時間のスーパーがあるため買い物には困りません。ただエディンバラ等の観光を目的にしているなら思ってた以上に交通の便が不便なのでお勧めはしません。 自分の場合正月シーズンだったのもありますがまともにバスが運行しておらず、帰るに帰れない状況に陥りました。その際タクシーを使いましたがかなりの高額になったのでやはり可能であればバスを使った方がいいかと思います。

近くに24時間営業の巨大なスーパーがあり便利。ただし暖かい食べ物は置いていない。少し歩くもののファーストフード店やレストランもあるのでこちらに行った方がいい。 朝食はビュッフェ形式でよくあるイギリスのホテルの朝食。 エジンバラ市内からはかなり遠いので観光には向かないけど、リヴィングストンに用事があるなら使い勝手はよいホテル。

Excellent accommodation for a weekend stay. Helpful, friendly staff and the location is great both for driving to Edinburgh and Glasgow and for walking to a huge shopping centre and retail outlet.

Staff are all excellent. They try very hard. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is extremely dated and needing refurbished. Other than that the cleanliness was its biggest let down. We walked into our room to a pair of dirty socks on the floor. I didn’t complain just put them in the bin. The room curtains were caked with dust and closed on our arrival. Opened them the next morning to realise the windows are all growing mould alone the seals. It’s unpleasant. The beds themselves appeared clean and were comfortable.

Fabric of the building well past its prime, but not quite old enough to be retro or cool. Cold room, poor WiFi (not enough signal for a reliable video call). Breakfast ok, staff ok.

The location, the staff, the room, everything about it was perfect. Really made my stay brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, great atmosphere - ultra friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the shower in the room did not work at all, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable given that this is a basic facility expected as part of a paid stay. In addition, we were given incorrect information about the breakfast service time. As a result, we missed breakfast entirely. When we approached reception to explain the situation, there was no assistance offered, nor any flexibility shown despite us having paid extra for breakfast. We were not provided with accurate information at check-in, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue.

We had to pay extra for 30mins early check in! Food and drink quite expensive for a 3 star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff nice enough. Pool and darts entertained the kids. Breakfast was lovely and plenty choice!

The room was particularly well dressed, and the staff were courteous and friendly.

Very clean room, lovely staff, plenty towels/pillows etc. Lots of coffee/tea supplies. Only thing was we were at the end of a corridor and the wifi couldn't connect up because it was too far away.
