建物は古いがアメニティが一通り揃っている。歯ブラシもあり

出張者用ホテル。エジンバラ観光には不向き。リヴィングストン地域の工場への出張者向け。部屋は広い。アメニティは海外のホテルでは普通。歯ブラシとスリッパと寝巻はないので、用意必須。 近くに巨大な24時間営業スーパーとショッピングモールがあるので便利。 朝食はバリエーションが少ないのでイマイチ。

シャワーを使用した時に蛇口の方からの水も止まらず出てしまうため（おそらく壊れてた）シャワーの勢いが弱く温度調整も難しかった。 徒歩圏内にショッピングモールや24時間のスーパーがあるため買い物には困りません。ただエディンバラ等の観光を目的にしているなら思ってた以上に交通の便が不便なのでお勧めはしません。 自分の場合正月シーズンだったのもありますがまともにバスが運行しておらず、帰るに帰れない状況に陥りました。その際タクシーを使いましたがかなりの高額になったのでやはり可能であればバスを使った方がいいかと思います。

近くに24時間営業の巨大なスーパーがあり便利。ただし暖かい食べ物は置いていない。少し歩くもののファーストフード店やレストランもあるのでこちらに行った方がいい。 朝食はビュッフェ形式でよくあるイギリスのホテルの朝食。 エジンバラ市内からはかなり遠いので観光には向かないけど、リヴィングストンに用事があるなら使い勝手はよいホテル。

Check in was quick and they were super friendly.

This hotel is our go to when visiting family in the Central belt and never disappoints. The staff team couldn’t be more friendly and we always enjoy a plentiful breakfast.

Convenient and lots of parking

I loved the hotels location close to the park and forest, where I walked along. The breakfast had variety and its great that the restaurant is always open for lunch and dinner.

While the checking staff were great, the restaurant staff were the most inattentive I have seen for years

Reception staff were exceptional

The breakfast was good. It was nice to have the option of eating dinner at the hotel. I liked the atmosphere in Livingston. Maybe it's a Scotland thing because I experienced this at another hotel, but the bathtubs are not the safest. If a sign is required in the bathroom to explain to be careful in the bathtub, then maybe that indicates a problem. Most hotels I have stayed in world wide have walk in showers or a low profile bathtub versus the high profile tub that requires careful entry and exit to avoid falling. Just an observation. Overall great place to stay and would visit again in the future. Thanks.

Check in went smoothly. Our room was a twin on the first floor. Spacious and clean with tea/coffee facility and a hairdryer. Only downside was a lack of sockets near the beds. Bathroom clean and shampoo , body wash provided if required.

Very basic but nice hotel well located for travel to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Great parking.

Beds comfy, bit old fashioned decor.

Room not cleaned properly. Housekeeping gave 1 set of towel instead of 2 during one of the cleaning sessions. Phone in the room no longer working. Was told that they are doing away with the phone. Bathroom floor sounds when steps.

Needs an a upgrade to carpets and stuff Very old so creating lots of dust and not good for anyone with asthma
