総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn Select - Guadalajara by IHG

グアダラハラに来る時はいつもこのホテルを利用しています。今回は初めて個人手配をしてみましたが、部屋に湯船も付いていてラッキーでした。窓の外から見える景色もとても綺麗で良い時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

冷蔵庫がない。シャワーが出ない。

エレベーターに乗ろうとしたら清掃員が出てきた。乗ろうとしたら挨拶もせず黙ってモップを振り回し出した。乗れずに待っていたが、あまりにも時間がかかるので、他のエレベーターに移動した。失礼な清掃員だと思ったが、あれで床を乾燥させていたのかと後で思った。食事中にレストランの床清掃はやめてほしいと思った。メキシコでは普通なのかもしれない。

アクセスに便利な立地

空調の効きが悪く、暑かったです。ベッドメーキングや理念は清潔でした。シャワーの勢いと朝の無料コーヒーが有り難かったです。

Centroからは遠いが、清潔で部屋は広いです。ほどほどの料金で、アメリカンタイプのホテルを希望するのなら、最適です。ただ、朝食が２２０ペソとホテル代金に比べ、やや割高です。

Before I stayed here, parking for stay person was free. But this time was charged. And one elevator did'nt work and waiting so much time when I used.

良いホテルですが、RIUホテルに比べて古いイメージがあります。 リニューアルできればいいかと思います。

Los recepcionistas poco amigables les pedía varias cosas y una no la llevaron y otra no le dijeron al Bellboy mal trato malencarados

Viajo mucho, con familia. En dos ocasiones la cadena Holiday Inn, han dejado mucho que desear. Sólo funcionaba un elevador, en esta ocasión viaje con mi niño con discapacidad y la movilidad en su silla de ruedas mas que complicada. Toluca y ahora en Gdl el mantenimiento dejo mucho que desear.

El desayuno que tienen es muy bueno Tambien que hay strabuck dentro hay cajero atm y el personal es muy amable meseros y la cosínera Teresita

Llegamos y el cuarto muy chico aparte descompuesto el Wc lo medio arreglaron

Nunca encontraron mi reservacion y tuve que hacer otra manual ahi con ellod

The room was ok. The service pretty bad. One example: no water glasses in the room. Called to request 2 glasses and one hour later nothing. Called reception again and I was informed that it was not the responsibility of the hotel. I had to call the manager in turn to finally get the glasses. One worse thing: I was charged money for no reason when I had left the hotel

I stayed here for 10 days and it was a great experience! Staff was super nice, and the room was amazing. Loved the view! I had an accessible room and it was perfect for my situation (recovering from surgery). Overall a wonderful time

Well actually the room was good 👍 check in was also good the only thing tht made upset was they didnt have the pool functioning thts the only thing we got the hotel was for the pool cause on the pictures it looked great and my girls wanted a pool if they would of had a warning stating tht the pool wasnt functioning i probably wouldnt of got it cause we were looking for hotel with a pool but other than tht the room was good
