水が直ぐに出ない状況、なぜかフロントに電話すると水が使える様になった。これが夜と朝2回起きた。

Everything was clean and staff very gentle. The breakfast was excellent.

We want to highlight the helpfulness and kindness of all the personal. Rooms were clean, common areas were always spotless and full of natural flowers. Our room in the 8th floor (top floor if the hotel), was spacious, with a minimalistic contemporaneous decour. It had a full view to the city and all the churches. At the restaurant, the morning breakfast carried us until mid afternoon. We got spoiled with Mexican style breakfast - huevis divorciadoa, chicken enchiladas, chilaquiles, and also regular omelets. There was freshly in house baked pastries, fresh fruit, and fresh orange juice. We tried the dinner and it was also fantastic. Location wise.rhe hotel is perfectly located at walking distance of the cathedral, the candy street and.a dozen of points of interest. Getting there was also easy. I just messaged the hotel via the Expedia app and they got me a local driver to pick me up at the airport. At the end of the stay they helped me to get a driver to the airport too. Overall we cannot be any happier.

No me parece un hotel de 5 estrellas, no cuenta con estacionamiento, es aparte y el costo es elevado, no cuentan con fitness center y mencionan que si, en ocasiones les parece tedioso dar el servicio tanto en restaurante como personal de limpieza, para considerarse un hotel de 5 estrellas el servicio tiene que ser excelente Habitaciones pequeñas

Excelente ubicación Menú desayuno no era claro que tuviera opciones de huevo. El bufete luce triste. Decoración minimalista resulta impractica Ofrecieron jarra de agua, de tres veces que solicitamos sólo nos dieron una Un día que pedimos café al cuarto no lo trajeron

We enjoyed our stay at Palacio Julio tremendously. Our room/suite was very nice and clean, and the view from the large windows was amazing. This lovely hotel is located in the centro histórico, very close to the many places one definitely must explore when visiting Puebla De Los Angeles. All the staff at this beautiful and unique hotel are very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. When travelling to Mexico - to Puebla again - the Palacio Julio will by all means be the hotel of our choice. Thanks again for welcoming us so gracefully. Dr. Franz G J and Consuelo M Schmitt
