ゴルフ場が敷地内にあり、ダイニングからの眺めは素晴らしい。 部屋に冷蔵庫とミネラルウォーターがあったら、良かった。

部屋に冷蔵庫が無く、部屋を替えて欲しいと言ったところどの部屋にも付いていないとのこと。持ち込んだ飲み物が冷やせず困りました。 それ以外は快適でした。ベランダも広めで眺めも良かったです。

Very old, musty smell very dated paid £160 per room needs a whole refurb. No water in the rooms Toilets look about 30 years old

A lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. Reception was excellent and the hotel set it beautiful grounds with abundant wildlife wandering around the onsite golf course. The spa facilities and gym were well up to date and not crowded on our visit. The breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the bar lounge in the evening with a more than adequate menu. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay.

Setting lovely. Staff in bar and restaurant lovely. Good food and breakfast very good. Room was dated and poorly maintained.

Excellent sleep

Excellent location for exploring - we stayed and ventured up to Birmingham for a concert as this location was good for our journey back.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful views. Very helpful staff and great to be able to use the swimming pool etc.

We stayed one night and had a great nights sleep. The hotel food was ok for dinner but the food and the drinks were very expensive. The room was a good size and lots of great parking

Rooms a little tired!

Friendly and welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy, although the decor was a bit dated.

We stayed here for one night just as a stop over before a family party. The disabled access bathroom was excellent and the room was fine but the carpet could have done with a good clean. We ate in Coopers Restaurant in the evening for convenience. The food was good but we felt over priced. There appeared to be a bit of a staff problem as a team from another Hilton had been drafted in. Hats off to them as they really did their best in obviously unfamiliar surroundings.

Limited non alcoholic drinks. Literally 2 cans left. No non alcoholic Guinness.

The room was freezing cold the duvets were so thin and old I did a workout in the hotel room and the carpet was dirty

I am a 73 year old gentleman, I prefer to deal with people and cash, unfortunately this hotel wants technology and cards. I am not one for using phone to access rooms to online transactions or card only processes it puts me off everything. Everything I book and do I ask my daughter to do for me, when it comes to technology. When updating processes, maybe think of the people you will be leaving behind.

Having stayed at dozens of similar hotels across the EU & Switzerland. My main observation was it is DATED. No fridge in the room, no USB points, double bed was two together, yes tea & coffee, ironing board, safe; even a fan. Oh, it was cosy & warm in the room and bathroom. Decor was looking “old” but breakfast was top notch✅
