中心地に近く良い立地ですが、スタッフの対応は悪く子供連れが多いためか騒がしい印象でした。夜は23時くらいになると毎晩どこからか重低音が響きます。 チェックアウトの手続きでは特に問題ないのに20分程掛かりました。 宿泊費は安いので値段相応かと思いますが五つ星ホテルの雰囲気ではありませんでした。

チェックインとチェックアウトの時に時間がかかります。またフロントから部屋までは徒歩8分程度かかりました。全体的には快適です。

オーバーブッキングがあったのかフロントでいきなり「Hilton Fayrouzに行け、同じヒルトングループだ」という。Hotels.com の印刷した予約票を見せて抗議すると「そこで待て」と２０分待たされた。ようやく用意された部屋はアップグレードではあるが滞在型の部屋で遠い。荷物も多かったのでベルマンを頼むと、途中で「歩くのは嫌だからカートが来るまで待て」と炎天下でさらに２０分待たされた。すったもんだの末部屋には入るまで４５分かかった。 朝食の時に突然コリドーの天井のタイルが落下した。メンテナンスが悪いのだろう。 チェックアウトの時にカートを依頼したのだが１５分遅れてくると予測して準備していると、ぴったり１５分遅れで来た。

The Hotel is just beautiful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was just exceptional. They always went above and beyond. Food was lovely, with the buffet you would always have many varied options and even with fussy children, they never went hungry. All the Restaurant's on property were amazing. Rooms were immaculate and Housekeeping always left that wee surprise in your room that made you smile, some very creative art work with towels and fresh flowers. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for that little bit of everything.

Couple cinquantenaire sans enfants. Chambre dans son jus mais spacieuse . Literie parfaite et propre. Environnement calme sauf la climatisation qui est bruyante car clim centralisée. Extérieur très propre et les piscines entretenus, transats disponible suivant les piscines... Nourriture basic . Accès à la mer facile en moin de 10 minutes. Une fois arrivé la plage est sublime et avec l'avantage d'avoir des transats pour tout le monde. Mais surtout pensez à emmener votre masque pour la beauté des coraux et poisson à se croire dans un aquarium a 10 mètres de la plage. En bref très bonnes expériences de 15 jours avec des Egyptiens très sympathique. Je recommande si vous êtes respectueux du personnel. Très bonne vacances à ceux qui veulent tenter... Pour des Normands attention par de fromages ni de pain digne de ce nom....

Chambre d’hôtel très vieillissante n’est pas conforme à un 5 étoiles et le all inclusive n’est pas conforme pas de goûter !! Très déçu de l’hôtel

I’ve been going to Jaz Makadi hotels for 6 years, and this was my first time at Jaz Makadi Dreams — sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. There was almost no animation team, so the kids were bored all day. Breakfast had no variety, and the overall food quality was poor — even the watermelon and cantaloupe were spoiled. There was no ice cream, and staff blamed the supplier, which isn’t the guest’s concern. At the beach, no food or hard drinks are allowed, unlike other Jaz resorts. The pool hygiene was awful — many guests swam in regular clothes and Crocs, and no staff enforced any rules. The rooms are very old and need renovation. Most staff were either rude or extremely exhausted, and service was unprofessional. When I complained at reception, I was told someone from management would call me in the morning — no one ever did. This hotel does not reflect the Jaz quality I’ve trusted for years. I don’t recommend Jaz Makadi Dreams and will not return.

Waste of time, waste of money.

I loved it, everyone was friendly, it was very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend it if you're going to Egypt, it's the best hotel.

The resort has great facilities but the room needs updating and the bathroom needs a deep clean. Hotel staff are friendly .

ottima struttura, vicina al centro di Naama Bay, con bar ristoranti corner shop e discoteca, cibo vario ben presentato , personale attento e presente, animazione non soffocante, buona la SPA, unica piccola pecca.... non è sulla spiaggia, ma bisogna attraversare la strada per poi trovarla, pulita ordinata e ampia.

The location is truly beautiful and offers a serene atmosphere, along with a variety of activities available on the property. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement regarding the dining options. There appears to be a limited selection of meals, and there have been instances of beverages being unavailable. Additionally, the absence of ice has resulted in warm drinks. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Located very conveniently in Naama bay. Sister resort Jaz Ferouz is across the road (you can use their services and beach if you are staying in either) Pedestrianised Qabos street only 10 minutes walk where lots of shops and restaurants. Buffets good though bit repetitive. Probably the best location. Will certainly stay here again Overall

Villaggio ben tenuto, nonostante non sia recente risulta comunque in continuo ammodernamento. Ristorazione nella norma, la cucina propone sempre una buona varietà di piatti. Alcuni utenti della reception rigidi, ma cercano sempre di risolvere ogni problematica. Animazione presente, non invadente. Cercano sempre di farti sentire parte della loro grande famiglia, in particolare Tiger, Mody e Kadija.

Stay was ok, nice main pool. Waterpark access for free plus beach access from a sister hotel. Staff (apart from one small pool) weren’t super helpful and the main bar was almost unwelcoming to us. But all in all good value. Our first room was not clean and very run down but a swap was facilitated quickly.

Struttura tenuta molto bene negli esterni…andrebbe rimodernata la zona ristorante. (E’ la terza volta che ci torniamo ). Buon cibo senza troppe pretese. Personale e servizi ottimi
