サービスも部屋も完璧！ ロケーションも素晴らしく、再訪します！

素晴らしい時を過ごすことができました。 イスキア島は10回ほどバカンスで滞在したことかありますが、こちらのホテルで過ごした時間は想像以上に素晴らしかった。

ラッコアメーノのバス停から徒歩10分ほどの所に位置する、豪華なリゾートホテルです。従業員は出ず入らずのスタンスでサービスしてくれますし、設備も完璧でした。オーシャンフロントのリッチで、部屋のバルコニーで紺碧の海を眺めながら飲むワインは最高に美味しかったです。朝食のバフェも充実していて、グリーンスムージーもその場で絞って作ってくれます。　

What really stood out at Regina Isabella was the service. The staff always remembered us and were so helpful and friendly. We loved laying out on the jetty and the food at the restaurant by the pool was some of the best we had during our stay. Breakfast was also incredible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!

We started out our stay with spa treatments and felt

Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, this resort did not live up to expectations. Unless you’re European—specifically Italian—I would not recommend staying here. As non-Italian guests, we consistently felt overlooked and not treated with the same level of respect or attention as others. Basic assistance was hard to come by, and the front desk staff in particular were unhelpful and dismissive. The other guests were extremely rude—we were repeatedly met with dirty looks and an overall unwelcoming attitude. There were also a lot of young children, which made the atmosphere feel more hectic and less relaxing than expected. The restaurant staff were nice and friendly but that was the only good service. As for the hotel itself, it’s quite dated and set up like a maze. The only nice aspect is the pool area and the sea view. They advertised having 2 pools and one is not even open and the other one is filled with kids screaming. Would not return or recommend.

Great ambiance! It has a very nostalgic vibe. Food, service and facilities were beyond our expectation for an older hotel. It totally exuded elegance.

This was a lovely old hotel and wonderful stay . Although the hotel is older and it was impeccably cared for and felt so idyllic. The service was amazing. We were greeted by the manager upon arriving and everyone was so friendly. We had originally booked four nights in Naples, but did not like the crowds, and felt it to be dirty. So we left most of our luggage in our Naples hotel and booked one night at the Regina Isabella. We took the ferry that morning ,arrived early to have lunch by the pool, and after we checked out the next day , we were able to return to the pool to relax until we returned later that afternoon. Our dinner was amazing in the restaurant by the water, and after we loved having drinks listening to the jazz band. My only critique would be I wish the sheets and bed were softer but the feather pillows were perfect despite I would definitely stay here again

So charming and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! We will definitely come back!

Property is dated but staff is very attentive. This is the smallest and quietest town on the island. The affiliated taxi drivers are a little shady. Be sure to get an estimate from the concierge and confirm rate with driver before you start the trip.

Very nice hotel. Ischia is very spread out so you do need to take a lot of expensive taxis. Hotel was beautiful with a great staff. Breakfast was very nice each day.

Very friendly staff. The are was beautiful so relaxing, enjoyed our stay will definitely go back to this hotel.. If we have the chance will definitely recommend this place.

Location, services, attention to details and sophistication

They picked me up from ferry station. The room is clean. Everybody is so kind and helpful. Food is excellent. Definitely I ll come back.
