アーリーチェックインに対応していただき助かりました。 オーブンや冷蔵庫は前の宿泊者が使ったままの状態で色々残されていましたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。 バスの停留所が近くにあり便利です。

設備がすごく充実していました。キッチンにはオーブン、グリル、レンジに冷蔵庫があり、部屋で料理するには十分でした。又、洗濯機もあったので、洗濯物がたまらずよかったです。部屋も広く、きれいに掃除されて快適でした。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親しみやすく、タドタドの英語もゆっくり理解してくれました。 部屋は２ｂｅｄ　ｒｏｏｍとリビングダイニングと使いやすいキッチンと広々としたバスルーム。 ５人でもゆったり、掃除の行き届いた部屋でした。 庭は熱帯の植物で彩られ、ベランダからは南国ムードいっぱいでした。 近くにはスーパーやベイカリーもあり買い出しにも便利。 バス停も近くにあるのですが、乗り方が分からず出かけるときはいつもタクシーで。 次はバスの乗り方を習得して。

Huge apartment with balcony. Well worn and quite dated, but everything was working order and the price was good. Location not the best. A bit out of the way from everything, but ok if you’re driving (there’s a car park but it seemed to get pretty full). Didn’t expect to find the cleaners having a cig break on our balcony when we checked in! The woman was lovely though so no harm done. Moan time…..we booked this apartment specifically because it had a bath. We’d been hiking and wanted a bath to relax before going out. I noticed a bath plug when we checked in so all good, until we went to use it and realised it was a different sized one from the kitchen. By this time, reception was closed and the helpline number was less than helpful. Not happy.

Good budget hotel.

Even though the property was looking a little tired, the room was very spacious and clean with good facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Disappointed that there was no option to recycle any rubbish. It was all mixed together in the main bin outside. Surprisingly in this day and age.

Large apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Lots of parking and clear instructions on checking in out of hours. Easy to get to the esplanade and airport.

Tropic Towers is a very good option for a stay in Cairns. The apartment was clean and all facilities were there, including free WiFi and the essential air con. There was even a swimming pool although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. We arrived late after reception was closed but all instructions for late check-in were communicated beforehand. They also let us checkout a couple of hours late as we had a later flight out. The building is someway from the centre of Cairns but being situated on Sheridan street which is the main highway through the town means just about every bus service running stops just down the road and has you at the central bus station in minutes and all for a 50cents ticket. Locally there's a convenience store in the petrol station just over the road and a couple of minutes walk there's Dunwoodys Hotel which serves food and drink and has a play area for young kids. Next door to the hotel is a Liqourland. Further up the road there's some more shops including a tobacconist and a Hungry Jacks (Burger King in the UK). Recommended.

Apartment is of good size and was comfortable for us during our 7 night stay. Pool area could be improved, but overall a good place to be based throughout our holidays. Would stay there again.

Comfortable apartment and friendly reception staff. Easy walk to the waterfront and into Cairns CBD. A couple of nice pubs for meals nearby. Only let down by being next to a busy, noisy main road so ask for an apartment not facing the road, as ours was.

we had a very bad check-in experience. we booked one night, then skipped one night and booked two nights because we went to over night dive cruise. when we were back from diving, and did second checkin, reception lady was so mean, she told me this was a private property, I should not bother her by pushing bell, i looked the window sign, it said 'reception and tour', i thought she worked only for booking tour, i imediately apologied to her, then i looked through my email to see if i missed email from property manager for checkin, she looked us, then started to ask questions, like when and how i booked, the end she found she made a mistaken because of two bookings, the big problem was she was the checkin staff, and she should not have that bad attitude, she gave us one 2 bed rooms for one night, then we had to move to two seperate 1 bed room, felt really bad, never met people like her, so mean.

We chose this property for its proximity to the airport but did not enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. There was a lot of road noise inspite of windows and doors being shut with AC on. Reception was non-existent so no information about the area is provided. It didn’t feel terribly safe. The walk to the esplanade was about five minutes which was nice but it was not well lit. Our hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.
