エクス・アン・プロバンスの旧市街にあり、観光には最適、また設備も充実していて快適なホテルでした。 スパも併設されていて、グレードの高さを感じました。 次もぜひ泊まりたいホテル。 レンタカーでホテルに行くのに、ナビを使っても迷ってしまった。旧市街は道が凄く狭く、一方通行や通行止め、曲がりくねっていて運転は難しい。

Good value for money hotel. My wife likes it and wants to use it again

英語やフランス語がうまく理解できず、スパの利用法がよくわかりませんでしたが、フロントの方が丁寧に教えてくれて助かりました。実際にスパまで連れて行っていただき、専用エレベーターの場所なども示していただきました。

利用していなく、事前の連絡にも拘わらず、一切の返金がないこと

3泊滞在しました。部屋も広くて快適でした。レセプションのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。時間がなくプールやスパを利用できませんでしたが、水着持参で再訪できたらと思います。

立地は、どこへ行くにも徒歩で行きやすく、過ごしやすいホテルでした。 ただ、車で訪れるには、わかりにくく、道幅も狭いので、たどり着けるか不安になりました。。 あまり、格式張っておらず、親しみやすいスタッフでした。 また、エクスに行くなら、ぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

located inside the city, but quiet , not luxualy but good business hotel in may impression, the problem of this hotel is a car park. As the entrance is located at the sharp bent of the road, large car like Jagur(I came to the hotel with this) can not enter the park. Thus the hotel accepted to put my car at the garden of the hotel.

清潔な部屋、親切な係員、中心部に近く食事、買い物に便利てわ、言うことはない。ただ工事中だったので、すこしうるさかった。

お部屋は広いし立地環境も良いです。 しかし滞在中ホテル内で設備工事をしていて、騒音が酷く早めにチェックアウトしました。 エクスアンプロヴァンスを感じるセンスはあまり無く、味わいの無いホテルです。

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring Aix-en-Provence.

Well appointed hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. The pool is pleasant and useful in hot climates for cooling down but it is not one for swimming because it becomes very shallow just after halfway.

Room was lovely and comfortable. The only comment I have is that the tub is quite slippery and another grab bar or mat would be helpful. The brunch and the breakfast buffets were wonderful with a wide variety of hot dishes, breads , fruits cheeses, etc. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or take advantage of the spa. The location was very convenient, with a 3-10 minute walk to all the places we wanted to go to. Uber rides from La Rotonde to Aquabella were reasonable a few times when we were too hot and tired to make the trek back. I’d happily stay here again. Also, we were there during le canicule- the heatwave, and it was always cool and comfortable inside the hotel.

We had a really lovely stay. The hotel staff were very lovely, particularly Martin, Michael and the lovely lady at the pool bar. The facilities were excellent, loved our room with balcony and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was great and not over crowded. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip so far. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

We loved our stay. They were accommodating with an early check in and the pool and breakfast were particularly impressive. Great location a stone’s throw from the old town. Would stay again.

Pool was great! Bar was great! Balcony was great! Spa was overwhelming but would be good to take a day and devote it to the spa. Great hotel.

The hotel is in easy walking distance to old town Aix. More importantly it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Brunch was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and a good size when compared to others in Europe. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with restaurant and pool. Spa also if you want to spoil yourself further. Very close to the old town and all its fascinating museums, markets and cafes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ask for a room with a view of the old town and the mountains beyond - a great place to relax after a day's sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Aix.
