2泊予約しましたが、2泊目の部屋の清掃がありませんでした。また、デポジットも返金されませんでした。

スタッフはフレンドリーで熱心です。ホテルは線路沿いにあるため、少し騒がしく、防音対策も不十分です。それでもレッドファーン駅までは歩く必要があります。チェックイン時に50オーストラリアドルのデポジットをお支払いいただき、チェックアウト後にカードに返金されます。

Nice position. The hotel owner was very friendly and supportive. The facility is well maintained.

Friendly receptionist. Small but very comfortable. Next to train railway, so might get a little bit noisy.

The room is not clean. Cockroach on the bed. No housekeeping too.

Hotel bersih, dekat dengan stasiun kereta, cukup nyaman hanya ruangan kamar agak sempit, pelayanan biasa saja, sarapan hanya roti, selai, sereal, susu, kopi, teh dan jus..

The room was pretty small and packed but they have everything you need ranging from an en suite bathroom, water boiler, tea, and coffee. Breakfast are only bread/toast with jam and cereal, with drinks like coffee/tea, juices and water

We didn't know why we have to wait almost an hour from the check-in time. Another guess can enter the room smoothly, only us can't in on-time due to their mistake. We were so tired that time and this is not good for the time management. Sorry isn't needed because it can't restore our time. Hope will be better in the future.

Not much service, but it's ok.
