Excellent! I really love All inclusive system here. All restaurants/bar are high quality and ocean view is very beautiful. There are a lot of activities/facilities for kids as well, so you can enjoy with your family.

とてもスタッフがフレンドリーで落ち着いて過ごす事が出来ました。オールインクルーシブなのでいつでも何処かで食事やおやつを楽しむ事も出来ました。 私はアルコールを飲まないのですが、飲む人は更に楽しめたのではないかと思います。時期的な事もあると思いますが、宿泊者はスパニッシュが圧倒的に多く次にインドの方も目立ちました。 私達は6泊７日滞在しました。アジア人の宿泊者が私達だけだったので、そう感じたのかもしれませんが、レストランの海側は希望しても座らせてもらえませんでした。それが少し残念です。 SPAのマッサージを2回受けました。1回目の方がとても上手だったので2回目行ったのですが、1回目の方がバカンスでお休みのため違う方にお願いしました。 施術する人によって差がある事が気になりました。 ホテルから5分くらい歩いたところに大きなショッピングモールがあり、夕方の散歩に行くのも楽しかったです。 全体的には良いホテルだと思います。

Buen hotel, el personal excepcional, (meseros, playroom, camareras, recepción, todos ellos muy bien, solo el área de vacation and tours les hace falta empatía, a ellos 3 estrellas), los restaurantes muy bien, solo cambiaría el de Tequila (buffet) no es muy bueno. Respecto al área de alberca hay una zona donde conté 7 caídas en 4 horas que estuve ahí. En general 4 estrellas al hotel, 4.8 al personal.

Muy bien ubicada pero falta estacionamiento.

The staff was great. Pleasantly surprised to have 24x7 room service. Resort was older but they are renovating this year. Resort credits provided was very limited in terms of how it could be used. Sales push to join the Palace membership was a bit intense.

La limpieza del cuarto pésima. El jacuzzi necesita mantenimiento de salió toda el agua. Pedíamos cosas y tardaron años. Los elevadores no sucios, cerdos.

Loved the staff, service, and food! The drinks were amazing!!! Highly recommend!

The property is old and dated and set to close for repairs soon. I wish I had known this before I booked my vacation here. The photos of the resort are misleading. It sits next to N abandoned hotels that was falling apart. There was construction debris around the property. The beach was dirty and was only cleaned on our last two days there. The beach chairs were too close to one another. You could not have any privacy. Beach also had huge waves during our stay. Never booking this side of the hotel zone again. The food was just awful. No variety and it seemed like the breakfast leftovers were served again for dinner. Not a lot of fruits during lunch; never saw any mangoes. Also, buyer beware of their “free” day pass to the Moon Palace. Get ready for aggressive sales tactics. They will test your patience A LOT before giving you those passes. Also, the beach at the Moon Palace was brown, not the turquoise blue you’d expect. Enjoy eating at 27 restaurants. Never staying in these resorts again. It was the worst vacation ever!

Foods selections could be better ! The hotel will be closing down and will be renovated so I’ll definitely go back to try out the new hotel once it is ready

Terribles las condiciones de este hotel. De plano lo dejaron caer hasta un punto INSALUBRE! Lleno de cucarachas y moscas de la humedad en cañerías! Urge que lo cierren! Lo ÚNICO rescatable de este hotel es SU PERSONAL!!

The hotel was very outdated. The pictures are deceiving,they're from when the hotel was build. The staff is very friendly. The buffet food could have more varieties. The beach is the best part,although it seemed to be with seaweed, big waves and very windy( not suitable for little kids). There were shows every night.

Stayed at the Beach Palace spring of 2025. Overall it was a very good experience. The place itself is very clean. It is quite outdated and in need of a facelift but nothing that dampened the vacation. At least for our stay, it was mostly families there which was super cool as I was there with my wife and two sons 12 and 13. The food overall was very good. There were a few things here and there that were not so great but it’s a huge menu and the majority of the items are well better than average. The coffee could be better, the tacos were awesome. The beach was very nice. There is some seaweed there but not as bad as some made it sound and there were workers cleaning it off the beach. There were always servers there offering us drinks and food which can be ordered right to the beach making things super convenient. The pools were fine as well. Need a little bit of work but they were very clean. We went to a few shows and they weren’t the greatest but worth going. They had a karaoke night which was cool just wish it was a bit longer for the kids sake. They had more fun with it than the adults. The highlight of out trip for sure was the staff. All staff would get an A in our book. Every staff person there was super nice, very freindly and attentive to our family. The service was always outstanding. The staff was always very helpful. Every meal we ate either at a restaurant or buffet, we were treated great. The staff absolutely makes the experience worth it.
