ホテルマンがとても紳士で素敵なホテルでした。 アフタヌーン・ティーが有名なホテルで、優雅に過ごせました。

ホテル側の落ち度はないと思いますがチェックインの際 何点か確認事項が発生しました。その対応も、サービスも大変満足です。エクスペディアに不信感が残っただけです。

クラシックな佇まいと、リノベーションされた快適さのある素晴らしいホテルでした。

観劇後も歩いて帰れます。

2連泊したので、部屋のグレードアップをしてくださいました。立地もサービスも何から何まで素晴らしかったです。また利用したいです。

閑静な立地条件と英国の雰囲気が感じられるホテルでした。スタッフの接客教育は極めて欧州風にトレーニングされていたと思います。日本人の不十分な英語に対しても聞き取ろうという意識が感じられました。仕事柄パリへ行くことが多いのですが、当地の一流と言われるホテルより数段階よかったと思います。レストラン、ティールームも古典英国風といった感じでした。ホテルの設備に関しては伝統あるホテルのリニューアルといった感じで、アメリカ風の最新設備は期待できませんが、清潔感は充分でした。難点は、もっともロンドンはどこでもそうですが、町がタイトなため、タクシー待ちがないことでしょうか。1週間の滞在でしたが、高い満足度を得られました。

Just perfect , attentive friendly staff, not invasive, great food, wonderful rooms very comfortable , amazing bed and pillows 😂 , fantastic breakfast , nothing was a trouble for the staff. Perfect in every way.

Great location and easy to get to various sights, fabulous service, impeccably clean, accommodating of teens and older children, lovely rooms and bathrooms.

Hands down the absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed! The staff so kind and accommodating, this should be an example to Marriott, Four Seasons etc as to how a guest should be treated. I will be back, and only wish this were a hotel located in many destinations as it’s the best!

Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable. Seul commentaire : les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes. On pourrait attendre mieux d'un hotel d'une telle classe et d'un tel prix.

This was my second stay at Brown’s, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly—"no" is simply not in their vocabulary. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle on my first day in London. The concierge was incredibly helpful, recommending a treatment facility and even calling Princess Grace Hospital to ensure I could be seen promptly. Additionally, they thoughtfully assigned us a room near the elevator to minimize the number of steps I had to take. Despite my injury, I still thoroughly enjoyed London—it may have just slowed my pace a bit! I love staying at a small hotel where the staff knows your name and remembers your preferences. Brown’s remains my top choice in London!

Location is excellent, personal service was excellent but for what it cost the facility does not match up and the food and drink is very expensive
