Everything was great. Loved James the Concierge @ the front desk.

Property listed as having a pool. But no pool on premises.

The atmosphere was very quiet which i loved. The staff very humble and noble, answered all my questions. The cleanliness excellent 👌. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.. 5 stars to this place

Every time I am in Hartford, I stay in that place love it so clean very convenient.

The location of the hotel was right downtown, which made the city walkable and convenient to highways and the train. Most of all, the staff was incredible. They were responsive to requests like additional towel and helpful ina meeting any questions we had during our stay. They were also very nice and friendly.

One of the best places I've stayed in this area. Great team to attend all guests needs. I needed to use the guest laundry, had a great experience. The room was extremely comfortable, warm and cozy. Great view of the Connecticut river from our window. The breakfast was completely amazing, delicious options from fresh toasts to waffles. Highly recommend this place.

Attendant at front desk congenial and very helpful knowledge and suggestions of area.

Staff was nice enough. Old hotel. Bedroom small, bathroom tiny. Large living area and kitchen. Great for single man who needs to cook and live downtown. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards.

Very clean, not updated but large, space.

The area is a bit down

Employees very nice. Hotels parking lot is awful quite frightening. Hotel needs to be updated significantly but was clean and close to where we needed to be.

Excellent place to stay for the Hartford Marathon. Less than a mile from the start and about.5 miles from the finish. They put coffee out early, and had to go bags for breakfast.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel.
