総合評価とレビュー The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia

年末に家族で宿泊しました。エクスペディアで予約時から、ダブルルームを希望しており、宿泊一週間前にも予約確認を行いました。16時からのチェックインでしたが、16時に入れないどころかその日は結局希望した部屋に入れませんでした。ダブルルームは時間がかかるため、いつ準備が終わるかわからないの一点張り。長時間のフライトで親が疲れていたため、代わりのキングサイズベッドの部屋に通してもらいました。案内された際に追加ベッドを持ってくると言われましたが、二時間たっても持ってきてくださらなかったので、再度フロントに電話して持ってきてもらいました。 次の日の朝、元の部屋にはいれるかと聞くとまた待ってくれと言われ…。元の部屋に入るまで一日半くらいかかった気がします。また、やっと入れたダブルルームのアメニティの数が合っていなかったりして散々です。三人で泊まっているのに何故か朝食は一人分しかついていなかったりと、とても困惑しました。もう利用しません。部屋とバスルームが綺麗なところだけがよかったです。

ホテル近辺で夜１０時くらいまでは歩いていてもほとんど危険なことは感じませんでした。スタッフも親切でした、概ね気持ちよく宿泊できました。冷蔵庫、セーフティーボックス、コーヒーメーカーがあり、コーヒーは毎日４袋補給されました。狭いというコメントを読みましたが、思ったより狭くなかった。でも５星の宿泊価格で考えると狭いかなぁ。

受付でエクスペディアの予約が確認できないといわれた。子供が２人いたのでダブルベッドをもともと予約していたが、キングサイズ１つの部屋なら空いているといわれ、ダブルチャージが心配だったので結局その部屋に泊まることに。 最上階の一つ部屋の角部屋で、目の前の市庁舎の眺めは良かったが、ホテルの外壁と部屋の窓の間に工事用具が見えたり、タオルが落ちていたりして、メイド部屋かと疑いたくなった。 部屋のアメニティや清潔度などは特に問題は無かった。 最終日がイースターで、子供がイースターエッグハントに参加させてもらって楽しんだのだけが救い。 場所は良かった。

The Lobby, the Restaurant is fabulous we had a great meal. The hotel, need refurbishing!!! Super sad to see how it has declined ! Room service came with a Black polyester table cloth ( horribly cheap). We had a huge room, no seating except desk chair. I asked them to bring up some chairs as my husband was recovering from surgery, we got 2 very old mixed matched chairs….. had to put a sheet on them. The young man that brought them was very nice, attentive and apologetic of the condition. Ritz shouldn't ruin the Ritz Experience de ruined like this

Room just felt run down. Not very clean in the slightest.

My friends and I arrived to the Ritz Carlton to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Upon check in we were upgraded to a Luxury Suite with Club Lounge amenities. We were treated so kind , had brunch at Aquiermo and had a great time! I will definitely come back and try the spa. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the ambience was beautiful! Looking forward to book Boozy Tea and staying over night again.

I have never heard the word ‘no’ as many times as I heard it at this property…No, sorry we can’t do that…No, you’ll have to ask someone else for that…No, we don’t offer that…No,no,no. The only ‘no’ I will remember is the “No, I will never stay at this property again”. As a frequent Ritz Carlton customer, I can say that I was highly disappointed with the service at almost every touch point— from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant. So happy it was just a one night stay!

Excellent service by the whole team!

The staff were polite and accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of downtown. The bed was very comfortable.

I don't know why you call it Ritz-Carlto. It doesn't meet the standard. It should be just three or four star hotel.

everything was as you would expect the Ritz Carlton to be.

It’s a large hotel in a very busy area, great for walking to restaurants, it had a nepresso machine in room but no pods housekeeping should know how to restock for next guest

Overall, the stay was great! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The bar and lobby area were amazing. Location everything! The views from my corner king room were stunning and made everything worth it… I was a little disappointed with the dated and plain condition of the room itself. It was my first time staying at a Ritz and I guess maybe I was expecting the best room ever.
