観光地に近く便利

こちらのホテルはとても快適でした。 予約した後で、一部の不満のある口コミを読んで不安に思いましたが、心配な事は全くありませんでした。 予約した時にメールで頼んだことは全て手配してもらえていました。 フロントのスタッフさんはみんなとても親切で行き届いたサービスでした。 広くて綺麗な部屋と快適なバスルームはとても嬉しいものでした。 確かに5つ星ならバスローブやスリッパはあったほうが良かったと思います。　 ポットを用意してくれたのに、コーヒーカップもなし、でお茶が飲めないのにはびっくりしましたが。 　　 そして、残念ながら二日目の排水溝の髪の毛は放置されたままで、自分の髪ながら気持ち悪かったです。 朝食は様々な種類の食事が用意してありましたし、美味しいコーヒーをすぐにもらえてゆっくり食べることができました。 概ね問題なしでした。

町の中心部にあり便利でした。アラメダ公園が近いです。カードキーを2枚受け取って部屋に入りましたが、既に部屋にはカードがセットされていて明るく暖かかったです。フロントスタッフの方々の対応も親切、歓迎ムードで嬉しかったです。

五つ星だったので期待して行きましたが、正直ガッカリしました。 まずフロントまで10段くらいの階段があるにもかかわらずベルボーイはいなくて大きなトランクがあったのでわざわざ呼びにいきました。昔は豪華ホテルだっただろうというクラシック感は残っていましたが、ホテルの内装や部屋は古いだけでした。ホテルの方達は感じは良かったですが、三つ星ホテル以上の場合はこのくらいは当然かな、というレベルでした。サンティアゴという土地の特徴から、古く歴史あるホテルはOKですが、五つ星ホテルという看板を掲げるなら、星の基準はきちんと維持していただきたいな、と思いました。

サンティアゴ旧市街の中心にあり便利。サービスも行き届いていた。快適度を３にしたのは部屋が階段の横で上がり降りする音が少し気になったため。

かなり古い施設の様な気はしましたが、館内には沢山の絵が飾られていて、美術館の様でした。また、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気がとても良かったです。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

フロントの中年男性の対応が、年季の入った正にプロフェッショナルと言える程素晴らしかった。 ホテルもEUROSTARS系列のためか、全般的に良かった。

全体として極めて満足出来る水準。食事もおいしい。 難を言えば、余りにデザインに凝りすぎてやや実用の観点からは使いにくい点がある。例えばバスタブが部屋の中にあったり、トイレに手洗いが無く、部屋の洗面台が使いにくかったりと言ったところが気になる点。また、電気の付け方消し方が難しすぎて分からない点もある。

Großes und wunderschönes Hotel. Die Räumlichkeiten und die Kunst sind ein Traum und sehr lohnenswert. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und komfortabel. Personal 100 Prozent professionell und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Möwen sind ab 06:00 morgens wirklich laut .

Tiene buena ubicación. Anticuado pero las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen tamaño, sin embargo el desayuno buffet tiene mucha oportunidad de mejora para un Eurostars.

The hotel is in the city center, with easy access to attractions on foot. The hotel has its own parking lot. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied, but the same every day. Next time I come to Santiago de Compostela, I will choose the same hotel.

Hotel bien situado cerca del centro Histórico de Santiago. Decorado de forma exquisita con cuadros por todas partes. El desayuno con poca variedad pero todo de buena calidad.

Despite the signage and letterheads, this is not a 5-star hotel in our opinion. There are no doormen or bellboys, such staff would be very helpful navigating the 15 or so steep steps from the street to the lobby. There is no complimentary water in the room. The shower is in the bath. Used glasses were not cleaned or replaced. The room is of good size and the beds are comfortable. Location is good.

The hotel room was nice and clean but the internet was not configured correctly so it was blocked and not able to be used.

Hotel is beautiful inside. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel to recover in after the Camino. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Nice chilled pool area and very friendly helpful staff.
