Lovely bright modern hotel in stunning setting overlooking a beautiful bay. We had a fab four days in this hotel couldn’t fault it. The staff were so lovely the hotel was very tastefully decorated and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We were upgraded to a seafront room with a glass balcony overlooking the beach and bay it was an added bonus waking up with that view every day. The area has some lovely restaurants within walking distance so easy to find places to eat if not full board. Highly recommend this place for a total rest. The only thing to be aware of is it is is not great for people who struggle with walking as the beach is down steps/slope with no lift.

Nice location. Breakfast was fantastic. Too many extra charges… $22 E for parking, $23.60 for a lounge chair on the beach, and the pool on the website is a private club that you have to pay extra to enter.

Fantastic location with an awesome service Will always stay at Meliá Cala Galdana. The staff are fantastic with Tomas Head of Customer Experience a real gentleman . Nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend upgrading to The Level every time to make your stay unforgettable! Thank you to all the staff at Meliá Cala Galdana you are all superb 😃

The hotel is really old and more like a -3 star hotel. I think the staff is doing their best but it’s very far away from 5star service, they are simply not trained well. We had interconnected rooms that worked well on the 7th floor with two kids. The elevators are probably from the 80ths and I was scared each time we had to go. The pools were old, and smelly / dirty and so bad none of us wanted to swim. Would definitely not let our kids swim in the pools. The beach is wonderful! And location is stunning. It was absolutely not worth the money and we won’t return.

Las vistas de el hotel son preciosas , habitaciones cómodas , servicio excelente

Arrivi e dimentichi ogni stress . Hotel grandissimo con ogni confort e spiaggia (nn compresa) sottostante. Vista spettacolare. Baia meravigliosa. Camera con balconcino un po’ piccola ma funzionale e pulita . Colazione e cena a buffet molto buoni . Reception gentilissimi e ringrazio x il check in anticipato . Un ringraziamento particolare ad Anastasia che ci ha supportato per tutto il tempo in questa magnifica vacanza .

Hotel pé na areia, ótimo quarto (pegamos quarto com acesso ao Club The Level) com vista frontal mar, acesso caminhando para Cala Macarela. Hotel grande, tipo resort, mas o The Club era calmo e bem abastecido. Localizado a cerca de 25 min de carro da Ciutadela. Com certeza ficaria no mesmo hotel se vier a Menorca.

Hotel com excelentes condições de comodidade e conforto, acesso privilegiado à praia, staff muito atencioso. Buffet com qualidade e diversidade. Vista incrível. Excelente para casais ou famílias.

L'hotel è in una posizione strepitosa, la spiaggia non è assolutamente all'altezza di un 5 stelle: non è privata è a pagamento ma il playero disattento e arrogante.. ti posizionano gli ombrelloni a 10 cm dal tuo a pagamento e nessuno dice niente.... Il personale non parla italiano e non lo capisce. Non c'è alcun tipo di informazione all'interno della stanza oppure qualche indicazione su opportunità serali O eventuali escursioni.... Quindi posizione eccellente ma il resto nella media e non all'altezza di un 5 Stelle e del costo elevato dell'hotel
