Floors was muggy and dirty

I enjoyed our late check-out, the free breakfast and the pool! Our room was nice, cozy and with carpet!! I would definitely stay here again

Hotel staff was very friendly and made the experience very enjoyable!

Room was great. Very spacious. Pool was nice. No hot tub as depicted. Breakfast was good but was very crowded. Only one elevator working.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I had 3 rooms reserved for graduation weekend. We had to request all three rooms be cleaned multiple times. One of the rooms had hair on the bathroom walls. The whole hotel was dirty starting with the lobby and continuing to the elevator. It is in need of a refurbish. The carpets are stained and filthy. It is not what I am used to from the Hyatt brand at all. Do not be fooled by the online photos.

My family and I enjoyed this experience. The hotel was fairly quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and prompt. The gym and pool were empty for most of the time we were there -- not sure if that's because we were there for the 2 days after Memorial Day; but we loved that especially for the kids who were allowed to frolick unrestricted in the pool. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about, but how can one complain about something free. Plus, there were lots of food choices from which to choose. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They were very generous with the essentials (towels, sheets, soaps, utensils), which was awesome BTW. The two negatives for us: 1. The rooms don't have a microwave, which was a huge disappointment for us considering we had brought microwavable items with us. However, there was a microwave available in the public eating area downstairs. But who wants to do all that everytime? 2. The hallway on our floors smelled like dust and cigarette smoke trapped in the carpet. Not sure why, since it is a smoke-free facility and the maintenance team came through daily to clean. You can't deep clean a carpet everyday, so that's that and we keep it moving. Overall, it was a good life experience. Reasonably priced and peaceful setting. Minor hiccups shouldn't be a dealbreaker if one's not too particular. All's well that ends well here. We would like to return some day.

Overall, the stay was what we wanted, a clean comfortable place to stay before heading home the following day. A few minor issues were that only one of the 2 elevators was operating, which made for longer waits staying on the 5th floor. Also, the ice maker had continuous water draining, with no ice made on the 5th floor, I went to the 4th and 3rd floors looking for ice and they were not working as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room as well as all of the common areas were clean. Free breakfast with the stay had good options of bacon, ham, eggs, french toast as well as varieties of toast and ceral options. I would stay again.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately one elevator was down on a holiday weekend and caused a bunch of issues getting up and down to the 6th floor.

The first room they put us in the lock was not working. The second room the air conditioning was up to high and air conditioner was super dirty. Someone told us one time for breakfast and when we went it had passed.We ordered DoorDash and our bag was stolen front desk was no help. Elevator was super slow.

Population of those staying was not desirable. Get what you pay for and paid too much. Smelled like weed everywhere in the halls and stairwells since the elevator didn’t work.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks The room matched the online photos and was reasonably clean, though upon arrival, I found urine on the toilet. Fortunately, I was able to get a housekeeper to clean it promptly, and she was very kind and professional. The gym and pool were nice—small but well-maintained. However, at one point during the stay, they ran out of towels, which was inconvenient. The location was fantastic for my needs, with a Topgolf course just up the street and a shopping mall nearby, along with Walmart and Wegmans for convenience. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. They served waffles but had no syrup, which made for a frustrating experience. I’d recommend heading out for breakfast instead. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that could be improved.

Got to the hotel and they told me my reservation had been cancelled.

The room had carpet scars and the luggage rack was broken. The shower had build up or mold in many crevices and the wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall. There were 2 elevators and only 1 was working yet there was no out of order sign on the other, and it was quite busy so they really needed both working. The icemaker on the 3rd floor sounded like it was about to die. Also, when a guest is checking in and asks for extra washcloths it is unprofessional and rude to say, “there are washcloths in the room.” Clearly a request for “extra” washcloths indicates the guest knows there are some in the room but not likely enough for their personal hygiene habits. We will not be staying here again.
