Great location

No TV remote in the room, had to request one, heating on full all night with no way of adjusting, thinnest walls I’ve ever known, could literally hear every footstep. Big queue for breakfast so people were just being seated anywhere. Went up to get breakfast and my table had been given to someone else. Definitely not spa hotel standard

Tired, dated room with musty smell. Previous guests kirby grip and confetti on floor showed lack of cleaning. Noisiest hotel I have stayed at, doors banging until 4:30 am. People allowed to shout and run in corridors during night. Service for breakfast poor, had to ask repeatedly for a hot drink

The spa was welcome after a long days travel. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Table service for hot breakfast food is a nice touch. Rooms are a bit dated and the pillows were really lumpy and very uncomfortable. Staff really helpful and accommodating

Staff were kind, courteous and efficient. The room was well equipped, clean. The spa and facilities appeared clean and well maintained. A great night at the function in the Pennine suite food was hot and tasty and the staff were efficient even with the individuals with allergies.

All staff where amazing

Very quiet area to stay and great opportunity to recharge/relax in the spa/gym facilities. Our room was nice and big with an extra comfy bed. Kitchen offers gluten free food for breakfast and the rest of the day. Plenty of parking available.

Very good stay, excellent breakfast and dinner. Pool and spa clean, needs a few more seats round pool. Only issue was bed topper, and load family at 4am. Other than that would go back.

Room was lovely and spacious and had a very nice bathroom. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired but otherwise a comfortable play to stay with good facilities. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment on that. We ate dinner and were disappointed. Our two steaks were over cooked and the lobster on the surf and turf was bone dry and completely over cooked. At £77.00 for the surf & turf it was overpriced too. We found the breakfast average especially at £18.50 each. It is a very nice hotel and a reasonable price. We would stay again but definitely wouldn’t order steaks or surf & turf.
