綺麗なホテルでした。

フィリピン系スタッフの英語を聞き取るのが難しかったが、翻訳アプリを使うよう薦めてくれて難なく事が運びました。

3泊宿泊しました。 ダウンタウンにとても近く 食事や買い物に便利でした！ ホテルのレセプションのスタッフは皆、 フレンドリーで親切で 特に男性の方がお茶目で素敵な方でした。 お部屋は広く清潔で居心地が良かったです。 少し賑やかな場所にあるため、耳栓の用意がありました。 部屋にネスレマシーンやケトル、冷蔵庫があります。 電子レンジはフロント階の奥の方にあります。 製氷機は宿泊階にありました。 コインランドリーのは地下の駐車場の一角にあります。 洗濯・乾燥に各３ドル、洗剤が必要な場合は１ドルかかります。 マシーンは各2台ずつあり(あまり知られていないのか？空いていました。) 両替・洗剤の購入はレセプションのスタッフに声をかけます。 設備が充実しているため、連泊しやすいと思いました。 レセプションの階にカフェ(Good Earth Coffeehouse)が併設されており 朝早い時間から営業しているため朝食に利用しました。 スープ、サンドイッチ、パン、クッキーなど豊富にあります。 また、隣のお土産屋さんの雰囲気・品揃えも良かったです。 素晴らしいホテルで快適な滞在でした。 次回バンフを訪れる再もぜひ宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 Thank you so much !

Unfortunately, our room didn’t offer a nice view, as it was blocked by a large rooftop air conditioning unit. It was also a bit disappointing that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. However, the restaurant and café next door more than made up for it. The location was excellent—right in the heart of town, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Parking wasn’t ideal; even though we paid for it, spots aren’t guaranteed as it depends on how many guests are staying. Thankfully, we were able to park inside for our entire stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we still truly enjoyed our time there.

We stay at this hotel for only one night as my daughter was having knee surgery in Banff the next day. I asked customer service if it was possible to leave her a “get well soon” note on he bed and they did it in a very nice way. My daughter was very excited

We booked and the original room assigned was not to our satisfaction. This was totally our fault as we inadvertantly booked a pet friendly room that we didn't need. Upon speaking to the desk staff, they immediately changed our booking to a corner room on the 2nd floor. It was wonderful. The hotel is nicely renovated but still portrays lots of European charm.

We raided a concern and the front desk clerk looked after us. We appreciated her listening and looking after us. I suggest the restaurant inside the hotel, very good food, nice ambiance. I have stayed there multiple times in the past and will be back again. Great location!

It was great. Good price. I has a sauna and a hot tub, both rate high for us. There were no outlets or lamp on one side of the bed. That was odd. There was no place to plug devices on one side of the king bed. It never happened to us before even in cheap motels.

I feel that the reception people could be more friendly, our view was the wall from the other building. The main entrance of the hotel wasn't clean at all, and I am not sure why they were not able to send me the receipt after asking more than once.

Very beautiful location, lot of dining option, walkable and friendly staff, rooms were big and quite and parking was underground and pretty safe.
