バンフの国立公園巡りで2泊宿泊しました。 とても便利な場所にあり。すぐ横にスーパーもありました。レストランやお土産屋さんも周辺にかなり豊富です。 部屋は、ロフトタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。 寝室が離れていて子供が寝た後に荷物の整理がしやすかったです。 湯船もふかくてゆっくり浸かることができました。かなりおすすめできるホテルでした。

フィリピン系スタッフの英語を聞き取るのが難しかったが、翻訳アプリを使うよう薦めてくれて難なく事が運びました。

3泊宿泊しました。 ダウンタウンにとても近く 食事や買い物に便利でした！ ホテルのレセプションのスタッフは皆、 フレンドリーで親切で 特に男性の方がお茶目で素敵な方でした。 お部屋は広く清潔で居心地が良かったです。 少し賑やかな場所にあるため、耳栓の用意がありました。 部屋にネスレマシーンやケトル、冷蔵庫があります。 電子レンジはフロント階の奥の方にあります。 製氷機は宿泊階にありました。 コインランドリーのは地下の駐車場の一角にあります。 洗濯・乾燥に各３ドル、洗剤が必要な場合は１ドルかかります。 マシーンは各2台ずつあり(あまり知られていないのか？空いていました。) 両替・洗剤の購入はレセプションのスタッフに声をかけます。 設備が充実しているため、連泊しやすいと思いました。 レセプションの階にカフェ(Good Earth Coffeehouse)が併設されており 朝早い時間から営業しているため朝食に利用しました。 スープ、サンドイッチ、パン、クッキーなど豊富にあります。 また、隣のお土産屋さんの雰囲気・品揃えも良かったです。 素晴らしいホテルで快適な滞在でした。 次回バンフを訪れる再もぜひ宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 Thank you so much !

For the amount you had to pay, the room and hotel was below average. The door into the room was pretty beat up, there wasn't a fitness room. We had a dog with us and anytime someone walked by the room the dog barked. Although it seemed we were placed far enough away from the rest of the people, the staff coming and going kept the dog up all night, thus kept us up all night. It's location I guess is what you are paying for

Hotel was lovely with great staff and a group restaurant. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating of an extra request with no fuss. The coffee and breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The building and decorations are beautiful and in great condition.

Great room, and the views were amazing. Was nice to park car and get out and walk around.

Frontdesk staff are awesome. Very kind and accomodating.

The room shower had hair from a past guest. Thru charge a lot and the room was pretty old and disappointing.

2nd time staying here and it’s been perfect for us with our toddler. Convenient restaurant right below so it’s nice for a late takeout while he sleeps. Great location!

The hotel’s location is perfect, but the room on the top floor is very noisy — it seems there’s some kind of machinery running on the roof continuously.

We were very lucky that the front desk could check us in early. Great location.

The view was impressive; and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect - close to downtown shops and restaurants. I wish we stayed longer in this hotel.
