ベッドの寝心地が大変良かった

施設は古いですが良くメンテナンスされています。橋を渡れば中心地まで 5-10分です。ツアーのバス停とDublin への高速バスのバス停が橋の脇で、大変便利でした。

スタッフは親切、丁寧 駅、バスターミナルに近くロケーションが良い 部屋は清潔で快適、広いバスルーム、バスタブは使いやすい

This is an old hotel that is being updated. My room was completely modern as was the bath. Both the room and bath had opening windows! The location is great, about 7 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes to the bus station and 5-10 minutes to the city center. The only glitch I encountered was when I tried to take the stairs instead of the one elevator - that's when I discovered that not all of the hotel has been renovated yet. The pathway to use the stairs was a bit disjointed and involved two different sets of stairs that seemed to be from two different eras.

Quality furnished, attentive staff and nice room. Excellent breakfast.

Our stay at the Metropole was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so helpful and attentive. We got great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The breakfast service was delicious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is beautiful and our rooms were very clean.

Great location with a wonderful history. It wasn’t really a four star experience: carpets need to be replaced, our toilet didn’t flush properly and shower didn’t drain well. Asked for a new room and was told maintenance would be available in the morning

Clean room, good view. Breakfast amazing with great service all round. Great location, 10 min walk to centre of cork. Would stay here again

Spotless room the staff were absolutely out of this world!! Thank you for everything especially the happy birthdays been said to my boyfriend he was very chuffed!!

Very walkable and in a good location. It is a historic hotel and with that there are certain things that will not look as new as a newer hotel. It is still a solid hotel, the room was a little smaller than others. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very old style. The rooms were lacking. Walls were scratched up-carpet was stained. It was clean. And the lobby was beautiful! Breakfast was really good, but lacking good customer service. Boiler broke down first day there. Had no hot water or heat. They did switch me over to a really nice hotel and paid for it themselves. So that was very nice!

Wonderful staff and great location. Breakfast needs improvement- not much selection on continental buffet and some of the food in the Irish breakfast was dried out.

Hotel Staff were outstanding… Only complaint was no tea/coffee/kettle in the room 😕

Dinner was v nice. Staff excellent but disappointed with breakfast choices. No skim or low fat milk or yogurt
