The parking lot is a bit narrow for SUV🚙.

お部屋にはバスタブもついており快適でした。朝ごはんはビュッフェ形式でEnglish breakfastやシリアル、ペストリー、フルーツ等から好きにとるかたちです。

部屋が暗くていつも夕方のようでした。工事中で朝から夕方までずっとうるさく、ゆっくりメールも書けない状況でした。 トイレと洗面所の排水が悪く、シャワーも勢いがありませんでした。 外気が寒いためか、ほとんど暖房が効かず、最大にしてやっと温まる状況でした。 フロントの対応は良かったのですが、施設の老朽化が際立ちました。2020年には改修されるようですが。 空港からのアクセスはタクシーのみです。バスも利用できますが、バス停まで徒歩20分では荷物を持っているので相当の体力がないと難しいと思います。 Belfast City空港からはタクシーで15分程度、10ポンドなら高くないと思います。

GOOD ROOM AND NICE EARLY CHECK IN

Room was good, hotel very clean and good location. Food choice and quality was very good. The gym was ok, but quite basic

Irritated at check in when the hotel wouldn’t take Amex. I was told the POS hadn’t been functioning properly for a week. Hmmm

I could hear trains very early Not a great sleep

Yes the room was not cleaned properly and a garment belonging to a previous occupant was found on a chair. The service in the restaurant was very slow for what was a standard type of meal (beef and mash) it was a 40 minute wait. In the morning the breakfast was sub standard for the cost some other guests said the same. No teaspoons on the table and you could not get a pot of coffee or tea to your table and when I went to get a coffee the machine broke so that left only one for the hole restaurant. I am sorry but I have had better in a premier inn at a lot less cost

The room was not served properly. Missing towels on 2 occasions no tea replaced and broken hairdryer. I had ting down

The breakfast offered a great assortment early on, though it wasn’t restocked later.

As soon as I walked through the door to reception everything was so welcoming, really enjoyed it , first time my partner was staying here and she also was very impressed, room veiw excellent, would definitely recommend this hotel to friends , it was my 21st and will definitely be back ..

Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable. Ensuite bathroom in room has nail clippings on the floor from a previous guest which was very disappointing to see - I did mention this at the desk when leaving. There were items left outside bedrooms like food trays and wine ice buckets which were there for the full 20 hours I was in the hotel - really these should not have been left there for so long.

Gorgeous clean room, excellent food. Unfortunatly for us we had paid extra for an executive room for our first baby free night away and the room next to us was hosting some sort of work party. We could hear every word and jeer. Hilton staff were not bothered and when we finally got to sleep we were woken by room service constantly knocking on our door. (We hadnt ordered room service and not sure why they knocked on the quiet room as opposed to the work party) Really disappointing as all we wanted was a great night sleep!
