素晴らしい立地。以前別名称のホテル時に一度滞在しました。

便利な街の中心に立地。設備はやや古いものの清潔感あり。広さも充分。価格の割に良い。

スタッフは概ね親切だった。お湯が出るのにかなり時間がかかった。朝食のメニューが毎日同じだった。繁華街やバスターミナルに近い便利な立地だったが、夜は人通りが少ない。

凄く快適なホテルでした。バスタブもドライヤーもあり、ベッドも大きかったです。部屋の大きさも十分ですね。立地もよく、空港へのバスターミナルにもフロリダ通りにも近かったです。ただ、チェックアウト対応スタッフが一人しかおらずチェックアウトに時間が凄く掛かったのが残念でした。

チェックインの際の女性の係りは名前も伝えてくれて、「困ったことがあったらいつでも」と、感じのよい接客だったのですが、エセイサ空港までのバス（ティエンダライオン社）の乗り場を尋ねた男性係りは「バス？？　タクシーかエミース（ハイヤー）で行ったら？」と連れない返事でした。ホテル滞在自体はWi-Fiも強く快適。バスタブあり、シャワーの出も良く快適。周辺は駐車場が目立ちます。地下鉄駅からは少し距離がありますが、商店街を歩いてアクセス可能。バス利用なら大通りも近く便利です。

コストパフォーマンスが良い。

It’s located in convenient area. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Staffs are fine and available to speak with us in English and Spanish as well. However, I heard someone’s voice from the aisle or outside the room, when I was in sleep. Towels are heavy used.

便利な場所で、使いやすい。朝食もとてもよかった。

This hotel is extremely nice. The staff is friendly and quick working for my requests. When I arrived the hotel before noon, I could enter my guest room in spite of before check-in time, therefore I was able to take the rest after long-haul trip from opposite side of this planet! This hotel is located nearby famous "Florida street "(2 blocks from this hotel), so convenient to go downtown of Buenos Aires for a walk. The room is well cleaned, confortable and nothing to say complaints.

El hotel no cumple con las expectativas

Hotel próximo do centro comercial da cidade e dos pontos turísticos. Café da manhã bem servido e variado. Aquecedor central, o que dificulta o controle no quarto. Ponto desfavorável que deixou a desejar foi uma obra pública em frente ao hotel que dificultava a chegada e saída com as malas e não houve sequer ajuda na saída até o táxi.

Precio y calidad y malo

Acomodação muito boa! Quarto limpo, confortável e espaçoso. Muito bom!

Ótimo café da manhã, quarto limpo e confortável. Hotel bonito e perto de algumas das principais atrações como Puerto Madero, Calle Flórida, Galleria Pacifico e o terminal Busquebus.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, quartos bons, funcionários educados. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, pouca variedades e ainda demora reposição de louças e copos.

Excelente todo y lo mejor el desayuno

very bad experience.

I arrived and faced my room with dirty towels (face and body ones) as if somebody had wiped its ass with it. No toilet paper at the room. There was no telefone set in the room (unnexpected) and noone told at checkin about this WhatsApp application to communicate to the front desk (which I learned about only by the next morning). When going up I got stacked at the elevator, which went down instead of up and after some clangging the door opened and I scaped. The breakfast is poor, the scambled eggs were raw, and the omelet may be provided under extra charge (I never experienced that at no other hotel of this category). After billing me a printed receipt has been promised for the next day, but nobody gave me one till I asked for again previously to my last night.

Servicio excelente estancia cómoda y personal atento y amable. Instalaciones limpias, no hubo ningún problema con la reserva.
