At the dinner, cooking is a little bit disappointed.

ほてるの人が愛想が良く大変親切

Totally, it was a good stay but the firstly the very small room was allocated to us even though we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in time. The room was unacceptable for two people’s stay. Therefore, we complained the reception. Finally, the next room was very spacious room and we satisfied with the room.

イギリスの歴史を感じられる素敵なホテルです。食事もとても美味しく、レストランの雰囲気も良く、肩肘はらずにゆったりと滞在出来ました。

17世紀にはクロムウェルも宿泊したといわれる伝統あるホテル。本館はその年月を実感できる内装でありながら、客室の設備は新しく清潔。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。レストランは改装中であったが、一時的に設えられたダイニングルームも十分に雰囲気があり、全く問題なかった。レストランの改装が終わった後は、そこはラウンジになる予定だそうである。 パーキングは受付でキーを渡すと入庫してくれる。出発時には入口に寄せて、キーを渡してくれる。 This traditional hotel where Cromwell stayed in 17th century was totally excellent. We felt the sense of its history in the main building, but facilities such as bathroom have been renovated and clean. Staffs were very kind and friendly. Car parking is available as well, you just deposit your key at the reception on your arrival.

歴史のあるとても良いホテルでした。特に、歴史ある本館は雰囲気が良い。ただ、最初に案内された裏側にある新館の部屋は粗末なホテルの感じです。

Beautiful historic coach house in the middle of the most beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Room was large, food at James Martins tavern was superb and the staff were fantastic, especially Jason who greeted us on arrival and the waitress Gina at breakfast who was so welcoming, friendly and nice to my 3 yr old son. Will definitely be returning. Hopefully for Christmas.

Quite a busy hotel as on the high street so open to the general public. We had to queue for breakfast on our 2nd morning at 9.30 and the breakfast items wasn’t replenished with still one hour of service left. The Grill restaurant was good but we were very disappointed with the food in The Tavern and would expect a better standard with James Martin’s name endorsing it. Our bed was very comfortable but I felt overall the room was lacking a bit of sparkle for the cost of the stay. Broadway is a beautiful village and we enjoyed the 10km walk upto Broadway Tower.

Beautiful hotel, real character and an amazing location

A shame breakfast not cooked to order. Impressive dining room, just avoid tables on a through- route. Well staffed all great at up-selling. Had a room in the main house which had difficult access to the bathroom, especially at night. (Three narrow steps up). Check in/put very smooth. Comfortable lounge areas

The staff were so friendly and also excellent with our dog!! Great place and would recommend. We also really enjoyed the breakfast too!

Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon.

Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better.
