At the dinner, cooking is a little bit disappointed.

ほてるの人が愛想が良く大変親切

Totally, it was a good stay but the firstly the very small room was allocated to us even though we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in time. The room was unacceptable for two people’s stay. Therefore, we complained the reception. Finally, the next room was very spacious room and we satisfied with the room.

イギリスの歴史を感じられる素敵なホテルです。食事もとても美味しく、レストランの雰囲気も良く、肩肘はらずにゆったりと滞在出来ました。

17世紀にはクロムウェルも宿泊したといわれる伝統あるホテル。本館はその年月を実感できる内装でありながら、客室の設備は新しく清潔。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。レストランは改装中であったが、一時的に設えられたダイニングルームも十分に雰囲気があり、全く問題なかった。レストランの改装が終わった後は、そこはラウンジになる予定だそうである。 パーキングは受付でキーを渡すと入庫してくれる。出発時には入口に寄せて、キーを渡してくれる。 This traditional hotel where Cromwell stayed in 17th century was totally excellent. We felt the sense of its history in the main building, but facilities such as bathroom have been renovated and clean. Staffs were very kind and friendly. Car parking is available as well, you just deposit your key at the reception on your arrival.

歴史のあるとても良いホテルでした。特に、歴史ある本館は雰囲気が良い。ただ、最初に案内された裏側にある新館の部屋は粗末なホテルの感じです。

17世紀にはかのクロムウェルも宿泊したHotelです。街並みも素晴らしくタイムトラベルできますよ。

Beautiful place, relaxing. Obviously, a tad expensive but it was worth it. Food was really good and cannot fault the service. We stayed in the cottage, a bit hot but lovely.

A very special hotel. Unique and staff are extremely good. Lovely pool too.

We had such a lovely stay here in the cottage room. The courtyard was a great place for drinks and people watching, very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool at the spa was a great place to cool off. Very much looking forward to a further stay here

The place and staff were excellent. The place was very dog friendly. Food was excellent. Breakfast staff very friendly and professional as were all staff we dealt with.

Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible.

We had a spacious room in the main house and made use of the Spa facilities and drinks in the bar. Looking forward to returning

Absolutely wonderful stay, I would love to visit again.

Staff good especially a new chap in the bar from Romania who was excellent and worth keeping think his name was Angelo.

Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me.
