雑誌「フィガロ」の記事で、ホテルの庭や、ホテルレストランのテラス写真を見て一度行ってみたいと思ってました。庭の緑も素晴らしく、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。ただ、GW時期に行ったのですが、庭の花、緑の繁るピークはあと少し遅い6月初旬頃ではないかな？と言う感じでした。各部屋、テラス付きで、中庭のプールに面しており、プロヴァンスのプチホテルらしい雰囲気で満足しました。GWはまだ冷えるので、テラスで朝食を食べれなかったのは残念です。あと、お客様が3組しかおらず、「ビュッフェ式ではなくて、（ビュッフェ式の価格と同じですが）オーダー式にして下さいね～」と言われたのも、感じが良く、その緩さもプチホテルらしい良い思い出です。

Upgraded to suite room without extra charge. spacious room with deluxe bathroom but towel heater out of order. Nice services and beautiful garden. excellent dinner. Very famous Abbey/Fort nearby."Must" for traveller who has a car due to out of town location.

アヴィニオンの中心より、徒歩約３０分、車なら５～１０分の街ヴィルニューブ・レ・ザヴィ二オン。アヴィニオン市内にある５ツ星クラスホテルに比べると３割～5割安い、全室３８室で今回利用の部屋は一番安価な部屋、広さは普通より多少広め、バスルーム・シャワールーム・トイレが客室分位の広さがあり使いやすい、ル・レ・シャトーホテルチェーンのホテルらしく清潔感があり調度品も良いものが使われている。ホテルの外観からは想像ができない

立地がアヴィニヨンから少し離れたヴィルヌーヴレザーザビニョンというところにあります。少し不便かもしれませんが、バカンスを過ごすのにゆったりしていて最適な場所でした。こちらには2日間滞在でしたがもっと延ばしたい所でした。清潔なベッド、女性同士にはうれしい洗面台が2つあったり、と気分が上がりました。

ホテルは新しいとは言えませんでしたが、清潔で快適でした。プールもあり、リラックスできます。ただ一つ残念だったのは、庭に黒ネコがいました。飼っていたわけではないと思いますが、猫のきらいな私はいやでした。ホテルのレストランは、ミシェラン１つ星のレストランで、とても美味しかったです♪　値段も結構したので、一日目の夜だけそこで食事しましたが、満足でした。

We visited avinigon as honney moon and stayed this hotel. The mood, hospitality, food were excellent and we had wonderful stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel with confidence.

南仏にある花の楽園といったところでしょうか。立地自体が賑やかなアヴィニョンの静かな隣町ということもあり、非常に落ち着いています。ホテルのサービスは、（それほどのサービスを受けた経験のない者からすると）素晴らしく自然で、配慮されたものでした（もちろん英語が通じます）。平日の安い料金設定であったということもありますが、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと思います。南仏を再訪することがあれば是非また泊まりたいと思います。

I don't usually leave written reviews but want to here. If there was a single thing wrong with this hotel we didh't encounter it. Staff went above and beyond. Personal service was exceptionally well delivered. The facilities not only were well conceived and maintained but significantly contributed to the serenity of place. Small touches everywhere. Truly an amazing experience. Kudos.

The location is good but only having an over priced “gastronomic” menu is ridiculous

Hôtel dans un cadre extraordinaire et hors du temps. Piscine incroyable. Chambre un peu vieillotte et dommage que seul du café est proposé en chambre. On aurait pu s'attendre à une bouilloire et du thé dans ce type d'établissement. Personnel très agréable et pro. Je recommande.

A quieter village is a break from tourist crowds in Avignon. The property is a touch of old school Relais and Chateaux. Beautiful grounds for outdoor dining. Several other restaurants in Villeneuve-Les-Avignon village.

For the most part, the staff was not friendly nor welcoming. I booked two rooms at the end of April for a July 19th chicken, chicken, and neither were close to each other. The goal of this trip is to be close to our adult daughters and we were in two separate buildings. We were accommodated on the second night of our trip with two upgraded rooms closer to each other however, the door to our suite broke and we were not able to use that room for that second night. We do commend the one staff member who went out of his way to try and resolve the door issue that night, however it wasn’t possible. The next day, when we went to move our daughters into their new room the staff members on shift at that time questioned whether or not we should actually be able to move into the rooms, questioning our honesty about what had occurred the day before with their colleague overall, we had an OK stay, the pool is lovely and was welcomed on hot days however the menu options at the pool are ridiculous. Nine euros for a can of Coke is not realistic.

The property is beautiful! The services were excellent.

This was not a 5 star hotel and description of rooms and hotel is very misleading. We’ve stayed at Relais Chateau hotels in the past and they were very nice. This hotel desperately needs remodeling. We requested an updated room but none were available so it’s clear that they’ve renovated some and not others but don’t disclose that information. For over $500 per night this was a disappointing part of our trip.

One of our favorite places, serene and beautiful with excellent service and a Michelin star restaurant.
