The property and grounds are so beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The spa is stand out some of the best therapists and treatments we have ever had.

Beautiful, spacious, room, wonderful food and wine and excellent service.

What a place! Everything is fabulous and the staff are exceptional. This was our 6th visit to the Cellars and it won’t be our last. The beautiful gardens together with the stylish interiors make for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The restaurant food is delicious too, what’s not to like?

Room was clean and elegant with beautiful views of the gardens. Staff at hotel was exceptional and helpful. Delicious breakfast and dinner at The Conservatory restaurant. Provided free shuttle services to the botanical gardens. Very safe location. Would definitely return!

Superb Hotel in a leafy area in Constania. Very quiet and relaxing stay set within beautiful grounds and security personnel on the gates. Lovely spacious bedroom with comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff who could not do enough for you. Excellent breakfast with lots of healthy options and hot food made to order. Dinner in the evening was beautifully presented and tasted delightful. Good service throughout. 2 heated swimming pools which were immaculately looked after and maintained with pool side drinks / light snacks on offer. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again soon.

Enorme aanbeveling! Ongeveer 20 minuten rijden vanaf het centrale deel van Kaapstad wat heel goed te doen in met een Uber. Het hotel is omgeven met schitterende tuinen, bloemen en bomen, Personeel is super vriendelijk. Voor mijn verjaardag werd er zelfs 3x een cupcake gebracht Diner is ook erg lekker en de beste boboti van onze reis gegeten. Kamer super groot. Douche was wat klein en rook wat muf. Ik zou zeker teruggaan en dit hotel aanbevelen

Es ist ein ganz schönes Hotel, hervorragender Service. Sehr gute Küche und ein wunderschönes Gelände. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Das Zimmer war sauber ordentlich und hatte einen sehr schönen Blick.

What an incredible hotel! Stunning property, wonderful food, fabulous spa. All the staff (and subsequent service) are exemplary. Lucille, Garth & Lemoagh went above and beyond. The ladies at the restaurant (apologies I didn’t catch their names) were so cheerful. Highly recommend

Great location

We didn’t like having to leave the property to go on to our next destination. The property was beautiful in many areas - the buildings, the rooms, the grounds, the staff, the peacefulness, the ambiance - actually everything was just perfect as far as we were concerned.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in many years. Our first - but not last - visit to a delightful, peaceful, beautiful and friendly high quality hotel that deserves 5 stars. Service was immaculate and charming. A wonderful home from home.
