The hotel was undergoing exterior construction work and the windows were covered in protective plastic, so it was not pleasant even though we were only there for a day.

Another family was given our room and walked right I to the room that was was in .. me and my husband was in the bed and the door opens and a family walks in…..

Great hotel, staff and location. parking is a bit challenging during bad weather as you have to park in parking building a block away.

Quiet stay, we weee exhausted. Had a bad experience the night before in NewOrleans so this was a nice change. Clean, quiet and convenient to highway but not on it. Restaurant right across the street!

Great customer service, easy check in and check out, comfortable, great staff, friendly environment

My reserved room was not available. We were downgraded to a small, noisy room where the towels were dingy. I was not credited a refund for difference in price between the the unavailable room which I booked with you.

It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Different dining options were available close to the hotel.

Love this place!

I wish companies communicated with each other. Apparently on the IHG site it says they no longer have a pool. But on here is says pool. My kids were disappointed about that. Otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast

The hotel was more like a motel. The room was barely clean. The walls so thin you could hear the rooms next to you. I arrived late, exhausted from the drive otherwise I would have left! The room did not have curtains instead had a broken blind that did not keep any light out at all. There was a light outside that kept my room lit because of the blind. The pool was filled in with concrete. Not that I was there to swim but worth noting for others. I would not recommend and will never stay there again. Beyond disappointed with Holiday Inn IHG.

Bed was dirty and felt uncomfortable

Great stay. Quick checkin. Clean room. Hotel is under construction so you can see repairs to the outside but not too bad in appearance. There is no continental breakfast. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you pay for your food. There is an IHOP across the street and Cracker Barrel within close proximity and Waffle House not too far.

Rooms are clean but you can hear everything outside and that the neighbors do. Neighbor was yelling on speaker phone all night. We asked to switch rooms and was told hotel was completely full.

The worst stay of my life!!!!

Like most Holiday Inn Express hotels. Except this one wanted to charge for breakfast. I thought breakfast is included with this particular brand. The property was under construction that made getting around a bit difficult.
