チェックイン時にボイラーの故障でシャワーなどお湯が利用できないと言われたが、夜には直ったので支障はなかった。 設備面が全体的に古く、冷蔵庫や照明のコンセントも抜いてあるため注意が必要。冷蔵庫はつけてもぬるい。テレビをつけるのも説明書もなく苦労した（他の部屋の客からテレビのつけ方がわからないと部屋に間違って電話があったほど）。 クーラーも最初つかず我慢していたが、フロントに聞くと、窓を閉めないとつかないと言われ、閉めてると言うと、部屋にやってきて窓を叩いて閉められたらついた。 プールは写真はよく見せすぎで、写真ほど広くはないが、ガラス張りで外には城も見え、ジャグジーもあるので利用価値あり。基本的にホテルの写真はよく見せすぎなので注意が必要。 スーパーも裏手にあり、バス停も徒歩6分ぐらいであり便利。 自転車はホテルの説明書にはのっていないが、フロントに言うと、同系列のプレミアのほうのホテルで借りれると電話してくれ、2時間無料で借りられた。 朝食はケーキや果物もあり、一通り揃っていて、城も見え、満足。

近くにスーパー、パークホテルがあり、湖畔にもすぐ行けて散歩も楽しみました。

家具が多くて部屋が狭く感じる。

A well-located hotel with lovely staff. I would happily stay here again - I especially liked how spacious the room was and how modern the hotel felt. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet style and nothing special, but filling nonetheless.

After a grumpy meeting at reception we enjoyed our overnight stay. Our room had a balcony but it was obscured by roofing which was a disappointment. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and well set out.

Mycket bra hotell ! 🏨 perfekt läge, rent och snyggt, trevlig personal. Lugnt och avkopplande vid pool området. Skulle gärna åka tillbaka.

We at first were given a room that was substandard, booked through Expedia. The manager moved us to another room that was great! We had an amazing view of Lake Bled, the castle and the church. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfasts were great, the Spritzers tasty, the music and performers fun and the air conditioning worked well!

Great location with an amazing deck/patio. The pool area is OK but the hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was amazing unless a whole tour bus full of people arrive and then it's chaos.

Nice, modern hotel with views of the lake. Generously sized rooms. Breakfast spread was good, but not amazing. Good variety of juices, but limited cereal options, limited fruit (annoyingly large variety pates and dried fruits).no pancakes, or many egg options

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück sowie Abendessen hat uns leider nicht zugesagt

Kompass hotel Bled is very comfortable and clean. The staff were very accommodating for an early arrival and later checkout on a rainy day. It’s great for Cyclists because they have a good bike storage space. Easy to find and walk all around Lake Bled too

The receptionists were kind and helpful.

This hotel has a wonderful location and lovely views. The staff were great especially the gentleman who sorted our balcony issue. We use our balcony and the room only had a mini one so he arranged a different room. It made our trip. Thank you. The food in the bar is excellent. Bled is such a special place.

A nice breakfast buffet. Small balcony with view over the Lake was appreciated. I would suggest a different way to get access to the terrace. You had to go barefoot in really dirty water twice to get to the terrace!

Was there for 3 nights. After the first night the AC stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn't work. We tried to change rooms but we're told they were booked and there wasn't an option to switch. One desk clerk was very unhelpful telling us just to open the door to the terrace. We tried and it was very noisy and then a bee flew in. We had to close it. We were very warm and uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping the last 2 nights.
