列車の故障などあり、到着が深夜となったが、スタッフの方の対応が優しくて癒された。 お部屋も綺麗で、設備も揃っていて、バルコニーがついていたので嬉しかった。

2泊、大変お世話になりました。 【よかった点】 ・スタッフの方が親切だった。宿泊客も上品な方が多かった。 ・部屋が広く、清潔。 ・ベッドが快適で、寝やすかった。 ・部屋の防音がしっかりしている。 ・朝食の種類が豊富。（ビュッフェスタイル） 【改善希望点】 ・鍵をかけにくい。（回して鍵を掛けるタイプ） ・私が泊まった部屋に行くにはレストランのようなテーブルが並んだスペースを通らなくてはいけなくて、気まずい気持ちになった。 ・Wi-Fiが不安定

お湯が出なかったのが、唯一の欠点。それ以外は素晴らしいホテルでした。

I spent 1.5 weeks here to attend a conference in the nearby conference centre. I particularly liked the excellent breakfast and the central location, with the whole city centre within walking distance and good tram connections.

Nice place, very clean and nice

Mahtava sijainti, ihan Juutalaiskorttelin keskustassa. Todella monipuolinen ja maukas aamupala. Huone tosi siisti, tilava ja hiljainen. Meillä oli 3hh kakkoskerroksessa. Jääkaappia ei ollut huoneessa. Ehkä ainut miinus. Lähistö täynnä kahviloita, baareja ja ravintoloita. Pikkukauppoja parikin ihan hotellin vieressä josta sai kaikkea.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the guest rooms are tidy and comfortable. One minor inconvenience is that there is no direct vehicle access to the main entrance, which may make unloading luggage a bit less convenient. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. A major advantage of this hotel is the availability of in-room safes, as well as a secure luggage storage room where guests can leave their bags before check-in or after check-out.

Mukava ja esteetön hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa. Kaikki toimi hienosti. Aamiaimen oli erinomaimen. Isoin juustopöytä mitä olen nähny.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with long service hours from 7-10:30am, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly small but completely refurbished and modernized. The location of the hotel at the edge of the Jewish Quarter and near the Old Town Krakow was perfect. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and will gladly come back!

Loved the location. Room was a decent size. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very nice with various choices and very tasty too. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the main square and within the Jewish quarter which has a specific vibe, it’s much quieter and more relaxed than the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Also a 10 minute walk to the train station called Kraków Grzegórzki which takes you to the airport (and from airport). My room was spacious with a big bed too. There’s a tea and coffee facility in the room, also there’s a water fountain in the corridor which comes handy with the hot weather. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the internet connection which seemed unstable, it was coming and going.

Hyvä majoitus perheelle. Kävelyetäisyydellä kaikesta, mutta myös raitiovaunupysäkkejä oli lähellä. Mukava huone, hyvä aamiainen ja mukava henkilökunta.

Todella hyvällä paikalla kiva hotelli. Kaikki kaikin puolin hyvin. Aamupala kohtuullinen, kaikki muu aivan priimaa. Suosittelen, ja menisin uudelleen.

All parts of the hotel were immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced when left. The breakfast had a great selection, something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂

Vert good location close to Stradom tram stops and a walking distance to Kasimierz area. Good breakfast.

The room was clean, the personnel were very service minded and helpful. The location is nice in a calm area.
