動物の毛や髪の毛が落ちていて不快だった。

Spacious room with a queen bed (& an extra double sofa bed) with a full kitchen. The room is not the newest and cleanest, but it is a 'resident inn', so I won't complain. A nice walkable distance from waterfront/downtown Tampa. There are not many restaurants/cafes within a block, but there are enough options once you enjoy walking around several blocks.

Close to University of Tampa

Katina at the front desk is super! So friendly and great personality. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and everything hot that was supposed to be. Rooms clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and the concert that we were in town for. Only minor downside is the pool. It’s between 2 buildings so sun doesn’t hit it til like 2pm. Would stay again.

Great property and location

Staff were excellent! Very kind and attentive! They are the reason I will come back. The rooms need to be updated. Parking was very easy and convenient.

Very Limited options for food and drink at the hotel

My 12 year old wrote a review and left it at the hotel... Luxury hotel that feels like home! I could not agree more. Great hotel!

Hotel was perfect for University of Tampa parents weekend.

Room could have been cleaner, had to have my sheets changed due to killing a bug on it. tub was not cleaned and toilet had to be fixed by maintenance. Tv did not work in one of the bedrooms and maintenance never came after front desk said would send someone

We woke up and found a large dried blood stain on the comforter after we slept in it. It was disgusting and honestly, dangerous as blood borne pathogens can last weeks.

The room was comfortable.

I was able to check in early which was so amazing! I was only in town for a night so that was super helpful. Thank you.

This hotel doesn’t supply enough towels. Only one face towel. One bath towel and two drying towels for two. No room service until the 4th day. When called for additional towels room service only brought one face towel. How do they expect one to use the small face towel to wash face and butt for four days.

I did have an issue with the a/c in my room, after two days the room didn’t cool off according to my temperature setting.
