Good location, close to bus terminal and downtown. Room was very cold and staff was not helpful.

3泊4日の初めてのアイスランド旅行です。 受付の対応はかなり良かったです。 湯沸かしポットが少し汚くて交換依頼した際も、笑顔で対応。 ツアーバスが遅れた際も、ツアー会社へ電話をしてくれました。 場所もツアーバスの送迎が可能で、ホテル名を言うだけで、運転手も分かってくれるので楽でした。 清潔度に関しては、ルーム清掃が△です。 お風呂の掃除はしてくれないようで、前日に付いた髪の毛などは残ったままでした。 私はこのホテルで満足でした。

フレンムルのバスターミナルに近いのもありますが、空港からレイキャビク、あるいはBSiから幹線道路の導線がいいからか、バスのホテル送迎で順路に恵まれた方だと思います。長旅からホテルへ、夜のオーロラツアー、早朝のフライト…あくまで私が4泊で体験した限りで言えば、バス待ちや下車待ちは少なかったと思います。 シングルルームの部屋も広く毎日快適でした。唯一あるとしたら、エントランスから最も遠い建物の一番端の部屋だったからか、WiFiが届きにくかったこと。念のためシャワーのお湯が出るまで待つことや冷蔵庫が冷えていないことも挙げますが、そのくらいのことは気にしないので滞在には影響ありませんでした。

Good location, nice staff but dirty bed. I'm not sure they changed sheets and bed cover as many hairs on them and sheets were really thin.

Staff were friendly. They helped me out a lot. Clean room, nice bar(2 for 1 happy hours).

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we are in the area. Good location and comfy rooms!

Staff are amazing thank you. Room is pretty but need a NEW mattress :( the bed was very uncomfortable and why do they put 2xsingle duvet covers for a couple sleeping on a double bed???

Staff was very friendly and informative at check-in regarding breakfast and any information we required. The room was clean and suited our needs being close to town.

Stay was fantastic. Great luggage storage morning of arrival. Breakfast was delicious, convenient, and same price as full breakfast elsewhere.

Lovely spot and location. Friendly staff and diverse breakfast options. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We didn’t have time to explore and certainly would return for a longer stay.

I was excited to book this hotel. It felt modern and met my expectations. On arrival at the hotel this front desk staff was not professional. I had to ask for too many things-elevator, wifi, amenities. This should be a standard share for anyone who stays at the hotel. Then my friend was accused of being difficult after they made a mistake in a booking for him. Thank goodness this was cleared up and a refund was issued. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Das Hotel zeigt bereits einige Spuren seines Alters und würde an einigen Stellen von einer Renovierung profitieren. Die meisten Zimmer sind mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, während die Badezimmer im Vergleich zu den restlichen Räumlichkeiten moderner wirken. Für Reisen mit einem Kleinkind empfiehlt es sich, ein Familienzimmer zu buchen. Diese Zimmer bieten im Vergleich zu den Standard-Doppelzimmern deutlich mehr Platz und eine zeitgemäßere Ausstattung. Der zusätzliche Kostenaufwand dafür ist gering. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Darüber hinaus überzeugt das Hotel mit seiner zentralen Lage sowie der Möglichkeit, kostenlos auf der angrenzenden Straße zu parken. Diese positiven Aspekte würden mich definitiv dazu bewegen, erneut hier zu übernachten.
