No good

Not sure I was standing outside after 10:00 trying to get inside. The front door was locked!! Someone finally came to let me in. This is unsafe and inconvenient.

The power was out for no reason. Wasnt bad weather. Just an electrical problem on their side. So no tv, no internet, no charging phones or devices. Just a hundred dollars for 4 walls one night. Didnt even refund the room

Electrical sockets in bathroom does not work, TV has no menu or channel guide, when step in the bath tub the fllor goes down at least 1 &1/2 inches , its gonn hurt someone bad

The place it’s in terrible condition, lights fixtures don’t work, some other rooms doors are kept somehow open. The room they put us in was terribly bitty and full of crawling insects, the bathroom tub wasn’t clean and moldy…. Was one of the worse place I have in my entire life of traveling…. We felt unsafe!! We ask for change the room and they gave us a room worse than the original one, we refused and they told us they would cancel our staying there…. I called Expedia and got the all reservation canceled!! Terrible experience!! Never again using this Hotel Company!!!

I was disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water in the shower during my visit, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told I would be given a discount or contacted by management—but no one ever followed up. Poor communication and failure to resolve the issue left a bad impression. I expected better service.

My room was clean and had nice bed. The property was older and had been refurbished. Ice machine was not working on my floor.

The hotel was nice. The pool is nice. However our TV stopped working and no one had an answer for that.

Mind you. This is an older building. Remodeled. The hallways need desperately upgrades. Once in the room it’s clean and comfortable! Outstanding customer service. Great food! My stay was made better by the excellent staff!!!

Horrible, carpet super dirty, room Bathroom super dirty air condition not working and lamp light not working either only bathroom light work in my room front desk on there own business never friendly with costumer that were coming in and out from hotel not a good experience. Never stay there again.

Staff was very courteous.the rooms were dimly lit and one lamp shorted and sparked which informed the front desk staff. The room was very clean.

This hotel looks good online but is not. Hair in bathroom and overall the hotel is not very clean. Day two the whole bottom floor of hotel smelled like a septic tank. The AC was freezing in our room. Normally that's great, but when we turned it down to a tolerable level the humidity built up and covered the room in visible moisture. The fridge wasn't working but they did replace it. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and they did fix that too. Bed was comfortable. Would never stay here again.

Will not stay at this hotel again.

Monica at guest service was warm, friendly and pleasant. She remembered me even though i didn't booked the first time around. Thanks to her my stay was pleasant, she made sure the room was appropriate and made recommendations.

The hotel felt like a landlord special fixer upper. The breakfast was a joke. The holders for the bread/bakery items were falling apart and the trays of hot food were pretty much empty.

Es sollte dringend einiges renoviert werden. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut und macht auf allen Stufen Maximum Gebläse. Preis / Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

This property seems to be used for government public housing, so there are no standard people hanging out in the lobby all day and night Staff are rude
