エジンバラからスカイ島へ数日旅するため、スーツケースを預かってくれるホテルを探していた。予約する前に、直接フロントデスクに行って、「今からこのホテルに予約しようと思ってますが、3日後に戻るので、今晩から戻るまで、荷物を預かってくれますか？」と聞いたら、もちろんオーケーだよって、すんなり引き受けてくれてびっくりした。 その後直ぐにネットから予約して、夜にホテルに荷物を預けに行ったら、わたしの依頼を他のスタッフにも引き継いでくれていて、いちいち説明しなくても、「待ってました」的な感じで対応してくれて、ちょっと失礼ですが、スコットランドでまさかこういう日本のような普通の対応してくれるホテルがあるんかと、嬉しかったです。 そして、3日後に戻り、ホテルにチェックインした時も、どのスタッフの対応も良かったです。 部屋も広々していたし、バスタブもあったし、冷蔵庫には有料ドリンクもあったし、清潔感とモダンさがある空間で過ごせました。グランドフロアには、カフェバーとレストランもあります。夕食はレストランで軽いコースが食べれます。（ボリュームはすごいですが。） また、朝食も質が良くて美味しかったし、満足でした！ レストランのスタッフも掃除のスタッフも、みんな気さくで丁寧な感じが印象的でした。 立地については、この周辺エリアはどこもバス停が近いので、移動は問題ないと思います。 また泊まりたいです。

朝食（込）、夕食とも、量も多すぎず、非常に洗練されたもので満足。ただ、トイレの調子が悪かった。また、冷蔵庫にビールがあるのに、栓抜きがなかったり、部屋にティシュがおいてなかったり、やや行き届いてなかった。

This is an elegant, clean hotel. Breakfast served in beautiful room. It's very quiet, in west end, walked to everything. Loved it!

We loved our stay at the Bonham. The location is walkable to everything in Edinburgh. Behind the hotel is Dean's village which is such an iconic area to explore. The hotel room had all the amenities we needed and the gathering rooms for breakfast and a late night drink were top notch. We will be back!

Very helpful staff. Lovely greeting in the room with a note and macaroons. Chocolates and/or shortbread on the pillows every night. Very full breakfast menu. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and appointed super well. The beds are very comfortable. Wonderful woodwork on the walls and the most beautiful bar. Would highly recommend this anybody wanting a 4 to 5 star hotel. Really could be a five.

This is my second stay at The Bonham. It is truly the most magical hotel. The staff are so welcoming and attentive to all of your needs. The hotel itself is immaculate and perfectly appointed with a wonderful cozy bar and restaurant. We highly recommend adding the breakfast and High Tea to your stay. My husband and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Edinburgh and can't wait to go back.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I loved the chandeliers and the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations for food and places to visit.

Wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl am Buffet und a la Cart Speisen. Die Lage war für uns super. Ruhig und zu Fuss in 10min an der Princess Road.

What a lovely hotel within walking distance of the centre. Rooms were lovely and very well equipped breakfast beautiful. Staff really friendly and such a lovely Edinburgh property
