The amount of hot water in shower is a little bit small.

快適な客室には清潔でゆったりとしたバスルーム、十分な広さのクローゼットがあり、部屋からの景色もアイルランドの豊かな自然が臨める。館内のアイリッシュスタイルのパブ、朝食のダイニングを利用しましたが、スタッフも皆親切な応対で気持ちよく利用できました。

20数年前に良く利用していたが、周辺は変化したが、ホテル内は当時と殆ど変化なく、重厚な感じを残していた。門前のリメリック大学に用事のある方には最適。落ち着いた静かなホテル。長期滞在にも向き、ジムやプールの完備している

University of Limerickに留学する際、誤ってStudent Accommodationに入れるようになる前に到着してしまったので、即日予約をとり、２泊しました。目的のPlassey VillageやULも目と鼻の先で、宿泊期間中には近隣を歩き回り、良い下調べができました。部屋は日本での同価格帯のビジネスホテルに比べると格段に広く、快適に過ごせました。また、部屋の窓からはホテルの庭園や遠くの山々を望め、Irelandに来たのだと実感させてくれます。ただ、他の方がおっしゃっていたように、シャワーの水温調整には根気が必要です。総合的に見れば星４つというところでした。

リムリック大学への所用に利用したが、大学に近く、便利であった。部屋は広く、ベッドはゆったりしている。運良くイングランドでは考えられない低料金であった。 水回りの利用にちょっと工夫がいる。風呂の水栓の効きが悪く、望みの温度に調節するのに忍耐が必要であった。 朝の食事はおいしく、オムレツも注文に応じて焼いてくれた。バーではコーヒーも飲める。ホテルのすぐ前に中華料理点があり、口に合う料理が食べられる。その隣りにコンビニがあり、食品を含め身の回りのものはここで揃う。 バス停が近くにあり、バスの利用に慣れればダウンタウンへ行くことも簡単だったと思うが、一度も利用する機会がなかった（大学関係者が送迎、案内をしてくれたから）。バスを利用したのは、リムリック駅から空港へ行くバス。本数は少ないが安価であった。 スパがあるようで、プールで泳いでいる姿も見かけたが、時間的な余裕がなく、利用はしなかった。 フロントの応対も含め、全体的に上質のホテルだと思う。

Food very poor, breakfast in particular was most disappointing. The drinks were good. They have a really stupid system for breakfast where the bread for toasting (there’s a pastry but no croissants or anything like that!) is in the corner of the buffet so you have to almost rejoin the queue and block the area to get your bread toasted. That was very poor planning. In the bathroom they have a sign about think of the future in using less water. But the tap dripped non-stop! They ask you to open the window to air the room. We tried but there was no catch on it. We asked a chambermaid to help and she apologised that it couldn’t be opened! It was boiling so we had to put on the air con. This worked well but when you can open a window it’s obviously easier and better for the environment. The chicken stir fry was given the thumbs up. The fish and chips is best avoided. Very expensive stay but if you can get it without breakfast do, it’s so disappointing. Oh, good Elemis toiletries. But the suites are in need of some TLC: scuffed wood, stains on the carpet. The communal areas are very plush however.

Tragically there was major construction going on under our room beginning at 7:30am when I brought it to the front desk and manager they apologized but no alternative room, explanation or even a discount was offered. Honestly I would have checked out and gone somewhere else. I understand sometimes construction and maintenance can be out of your control but even moving our room would have been acceptable. Unfortunately the situation was handled poorly and for that I can’t recommend and for price paid I would expect a higher level experience.

Lovely place Dinner was a disaster food just ok just and service just ok and waited 45 minutes to pay the bill on my own sent family back to the room

Wonderful hotel - arrived late and left early so didn’t see much besides room, lobby and breakfast. Although I did use the free self-service laundry which was appreciated (need to walk across street to buy detergent). Room is a little tight for 4 adults & luggage it very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average.

Terrible experience here. Shower head popped off and nearly hit my daughter when she first tried the shower and had to change rooms as no maintenance staff after 5pm to fix. Hotel was full of teenage soccer teams going around in gangs and ruining any chance of having a nice swim in leisure centre. Fire alarm went off at midnight for 10 mins waking everyone up. Tried to have shower the next morning at 7am and no hot water, person at reception said nothing could be done.

Hotel was nice and very well appointed but some distance from the city centre. Good parking but not to do around the hotel.

Beautiful and charming, excellent dining, clean and comfortable rooms, very hot sauna and steam room.

The check in and check out process was very smooth and it is located in a decent area, but that's where the good things I can say about this hotel end. They did not do a very thorough check of our room, because the sink was not draining and one of the lights intensly flickered when the power was turned on. The hot tub was also broken so we couldn't use that, but the pool seemed cool. The beds were generally uncomfortable and the sheets were not very soft, rather they were stiff. In spite of our reservation being for three people, they only gave us two sets of towels to use

camera molto fredda ho chiamato il servizio assistenza che ci ha messo oltre un'ora prima di offrirmi un'altra stanza perché non riuscivano a riparare il condizionatore, poi per fortuna ha iniziato a lavorare, ma per me era troppo tardi, mi sono ammalato con febbre e raffreddore potenti. mi spiace ma questo hotel è carente sotto tutti i punti di vista, non avevano nemmeno una stufetta per sopperire alla necessità momentanea e io mi sono ammalato, non tornerò più, sconsigliassimo!!!
