The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

スタッフの応対が丁寧であった。日本語を話すスタッフもおり、玄関での応対にもにこやかに日本語で「おかえりなさい」と言葉かけしてきた。ショッピングの情報では舞踊衣装の製造業者を教えたり、日本でも有名なコーヒーGeishaを変える店の紹介を受け、目的道理の成果を得られた。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も野菜料理が完備していて美味で、毎日たべても飽きないように品数を入れ替えていた。施設はどこも清潔て゛快適だった。

Friendly staff, everyone helpful

The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found.

The hotel is in need of maintenance; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The rooms do not have hair dryers, and if you require one, you must request it at the front desk.

Booked bred fast included on expidea and it wasn’t included and the hotel staff was rude about it

Estuvo muy bien todo. Lo único fue que no me gustó el baño era muy pequeño.

Instalaciones de primera, el personal muy servicial. La habitación limpia y amplia. Me aseguré primero que la habitación de al lado no estuviera ocupada ya se comunican internamente y quería evitar la mala experiencia en el Sheraton Mendoza Argentina, que se escuchaba la conversación telefónica del huésped y su interlocutora hasta las 3:30 de la madrugada.

There was a strong paint smell at the hotel like something had just been painted. It affected my sinuses and at times I wake up and it’s horrible. However, breakfast was good and I made use of the tennis court

Sheraton Grand Panama is right across from Atlapa Conference Center where we had a large group meeting. Overall the service was excellent, and food options including from the in-house store were great! The only concern was that the mattress was not comfortable. It was not what one would expect from a Sheraton Grand. Just not comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Panama is a beautiful place. Drivers are a little aggressive, even in front of the hotel. Pedestrians have to be very careful, even when crossing over to the conference center! In the other direction there are some quiet neighborhoods where one can get in some walking. But again, watch out for aggressive drivers who are not conscious of pedestrians.

Room was good, food was good as well. Business travel, not much time at the hotel. Conveniently located.
