The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

スタッフの応対が丁寧であった。日本語を話すスタッフもおり、玄関での応対にもにこやかに日本語で「おかえりなさい」と言葉かけしてきた。ショッピングの情報では舞踊衣装の製造業者を教えたり、日本でも有名なコーヒーGeishaを変える店の紹介を受け、目的道理の成果を得られた。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も野菜料理が完備していて美味で、毎日たべても飽きないように品数を入れ替えていた。施設はどこも清潔て゛快適だった。

Traffic is the biggest challenge. Elevators are slow.

The staff was courteous and overall very helpful. The spaces were clean. They had easy access to taxis if you needed them and the breakfast buffet, and restaurants were delicious. We did ask for extra water a few times and it was stated it would be brought up and never was. Other than that, the stay was pleasant!

Overall enjoyable

We had saw over 8 rooms and all the rooms were linen on the beds were dirty. The 3rd night got bite by bed bugs plus every night I heard loud banging and sawing noise no one told us the hotel was getting remodeled. We were sent to the brother hotel next door where there were a bug in the bed plus blood on the carpet. It was a horrible experience.

My stay there was great!

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. We stayed 4 nights so it would have been nice if the tea and coffee had been replenished during our stay. Also some towels were not always provided ( bath mats, face cloths)

Zimmer absolut ok. Rezeption definitiv nicht befriedigend, per Email angeforderter pickupService vom Airport zum Hotel blieb unkommentiert. Taxi und Uber sei Dank!!! Auch keine professionelle Unterstützung für Ausflüge z.B. PanamaKanal, chaotische Verhältnisse!
